Receive Care Grounded in Proven Methods Clarvida’s treatment approach is grounded in trauma-informed, evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). The center offers specialized programs like Early Serious Mental Illness (ESMI), Youth Empowerment Services (YES), and Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP).
