This place has broken my rights as a business owner. The Director of their EMS program told a client of my group. That "they would not send their own family" to me. I simply used this place to help someone coming off fet to get their EMS team to come and administer them buprenorphine. they then intimidated, They pulled up my medical record on the ambulance in front of the patient and these comments were made. Not only was my business slandered but my name and HIPPA was slandered as well as broken.

i was referred here by my doctor and i came for my first appointment and was treated extremely rudely like i was supposed to know where i was supposed to go so i just left immediately and will never come back

What a disgusting place. People shooting up in the parking lot. Staff talking to down to patients and laughing about it when they walk away. I have been to other treatment facilities and this is by far the worst. People are there to get help but the staff treats them like they are “better than”.

I used to like coming to southlight know it’s just a money grab because I went on a trip for 1 month had takehomes & everything I was promised that when I return I would coutiune with takehomes but that was a lie because I came back & they told me that I would be able to continue with my takehomes but when I came back they told me I would have to star over which is not fair to me because I told them my situation & when I would return I can’t keep coming everyday for something that I told in advanced about basically was lied to & no one offered to even help me they just wanted me to start over for whatever reason .if I was you find another clinic cuz there just in it for the money all I wanted was to countie my journey to be clean without all the hassle which wasn’t my fault at all
