For a place being called Idea-they sure as hell don’t have any idea what they are doing.. These offices are so unorganized and not helpful. Say you missed a payment when I have all the receipts to prove it, make you pay for books you don’t even use. For DUI classes use a different therapy group. Classes may be cheaper else where too. Abbey is the only one is made my 43 therapy classes easy going, she helped me with my probation questions and bent over backwards to push my receipts through, while everyone else in the office just wants to make up lies and take more money from you. Keep all your paperwork’s !!

I called to reschedule an appointment and got an attitude. Then when requesting a refund they said I had to load from the card that I paid with. When I gave them what I thought was the right card they confirmed it. Turns out it was not the right card. Now I'm out my appointment fee and they didn't answer my phone calls. Very unprofessional and do not recommend. This gets reported to my probation officer it only makes me look worse. Very unprofessional I do not recommend

I went to IDEA Thornton because of my 2 DUIs and honestly they were super helpful. The whole process was easier than I expected and everyone was great. My teacher Paul was awesome, Really solid guy and a great teacher. I learned a lot from him and actually looked forward to the classes.

I was skeptical at first with class coming here but once I got Paul as my counselor he made me feel right at home right away. Made me feel comfortable till I was ready to share and now completing my classes as of yesterday his class and idea changed my life for the better more than I can imagine. Now I can focus on what's in store for me. Thank you Paul and Idea.

Front desk is extremely unprofessional

Second DUI, did both my classes here. This time around I had Paul as my teacher and this man really opened my eyes. Not only does he genuinely care, he really makes the sure he is there for you the whole way. The way he holds you accountable for your own actions, but is still there to listen and guide you in a better direction. People can change and Paul is one to have by your side. 10 out of 10 would recommend him to anyone. If you’re ever In a situation where you find yourself here, ask for classes with Paul. Thanks for everything brotha.

I just have to say if you go here Paul Padilla is the best he helped me change my whole life around helped me to overcome my addiction and gave me new tools to help stay on the right track

I had the OPPORTUNITY and PRIVILEGE to be in Paul Padillas group alongside about two handful of Men that are there Receiving nothing but AUTHENTICITY, SUPPORT, KNOWLEDGE, WISDOM, GUIDANCE, and TRUTH no matter what the case was. Having crucial conversations that most definitely needed to be and when they needed to be had!! Brother, Paul, thank you for the time I was BLESSED to be in the same room as you and no doubt all of the game you tossed our way. Keep doing g what you are doing…..it’s changing lives and saving individuals lives!!
