Working with Jim Weiss has been life-changing for me. He has helped me navigate the end of a very difficult relationship with clarity, strength, and compassion. During a time when I felt overwhelmed, fearful, and unsure of myself, Jim consistently helped me come back to my center. He has supported me through court stress, co-parenting challenges, major life transitions, and the emotional weight that comes with rebuilding your life from the ground up. What I appreciate most is that he doesn’t just listen — he helps me see patterns, set boundaries, and trust myself again. Because of his guidance, I’ve grown stronger, calmer, and more confident in protecting my peace and my children’s well-being. I am deeply grateful for his steady presence and thoughtful insight during one of the hardest seasons of my life.

Was divinely guided here to get help for my son. Gary got me started, got him in for an emergency appointment, sent me paperwork I needed but didn't have access to, etc., etc.,. Robert was absolutely fabulous in making the first contact with my son, who thanked me afterward for bringing him here. I have struggled with PTSD for almost 2 decades. When I found Sarah at A New Outlook Recovery Services I really began to make progress with managing anxiety, depression, flashbacks, etc. My confidence, quality of life, and ability to have successful work and social relationships have all changed in positive ways due to Sarah’s support. She listens to me, challenges me, and supports me in ways no previous therapist has. I highly recommend her to anyone struggling with their mental health.

My experience with Sarah was alarming and, in my opinion, deeply unethical and unprofessional. From the beginning, she was disengaged during sessions, frequently staring at her computer rather than listening or providing meaningful therapeutic support. Most concerning was her complete disregard for confidentiality. I felt pressured to disclose deeply personal information in group settings that I had shared with her in private sessions. This created an unsafe environment and violated the basic trust that therapy is supposed to be built on. In addition, Sarah routinely shared disturbing and highly personal stories from her own life that felt inappropriate and emotionally burdensome for clients. Rather than focusing on treatment, sessions often felt centered around her personal issues, which is not only unprofessional but harmful in a therapeutic setting. She was also frequently unavailable, canceling sessions or being unable to meet due to her personal life. This lack of consistency and reliability further disrupted care and made it impossible to build any sense of stability or trust. Since leaving, I have spoken with multiple other former clients who reported similar experiences. Many expressed fear about speaking up at the time, which suggests this behavior is not an isolated incident. I left therapy feeling exposed, unheard, and harmed rather than supported. Based on my experience and what others have shared with me, I strongly caution anyone seeking ethical, professional mental health care to look elsewhere.

I began seeing my therapist, Danielle Zeck in January 2024 due to severe anxiety caused by a hostile work environment. From the very first session, she worked with me to integrate self-care and coping strategies into my daily routine. With her guidance, I began walking daily, using meditation apps, journaling, practicing positive affirmations, de-catastrophizing, and setting healthier boundaries. As my work situation worsened, Danielle encouraged me to consider a long vacation or leave of absence. At the time, I felt trapped by my workload and family’s need for insurance and income. Unfortunately, by April 2025, the stress had escalated beyond my control. I began experiencing daily panic attacks and was formally diagnosed with Panic Disorder, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, and Major Depressive Disorder. Throughout this extremely difficult time, Danielle has been my steady source of support. She has helped me with the paperwork needed for medical leave, recommended and even collaborated with a psychiatrist to advocate for my care, and most recently referred me to TMS treatments. Danielle has truly gone above and beyond as a therapist — she is compassionate, proactive, and deeply invested in her clients’ well-being. I am beyond grateful for her care and dedication. With her continued support, and the amazing TMS treatment team, I look forward to completing my TMS treatments, rebuilding my daily routine, and rediscovering joy in life.

Joshua Cagney should not be working with fragile mental health patients. during one of our group sessions he said verbatim “people with borderline are horrible and manipulative people” now, i have borderline personality disorder. i came here looking for help, not to be belittled. i do struggle with those things and a lot of the time i think im a bad person because of it. i wanted a safe space to speak where someone wouldn’t judge me for those things. when i finally mustered up the courage to ask for an apology. all he said was “i’m sorry you felt that way” THAT is NOT a sincere apology. TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY FOR YOUR WORDS. if you have stigmas against certain mental disorders you should not be working in the mental health field. i also feel like he was not very good at actually understanding what other people were trying to say. for example, the last session i had with him two women in the group were trying to explain something but he wasn’t really understanding what they were trying to say so kept raising his voice and wouldn’t let them get a word in. but with all that being said, mostly everyone else there was great. the individual therapist they matched me with, Sarah Zubrin is AMAZING and i’m so glad i’ve finally found a therapist that works for me after years of searching
