Levels of Care
Our admissions team will work with you to explore the right payment options based on your needs, ensuring you get the best possible treatment.
Offering intensive care with 24/7 monitoring, residential substance use treatment is typically 30 days. Length can range from 14 to 90 days.
In a PHP, patients live at home but follow an intensive schedule of treatment. Most programs require you to be on-site for about 40 hours per week.
Outpatient treatment offers flexible therapeutic and medical care without the need to stay overnight in a hospital or inpatient facility. Outpatient care typically offers a range of therapies and medical interventions individuals can attend alongside daily life.
Treatment for co-occurring mental health disorders, which affect the majority of individuals diagnosed, integrates care for mental health conditions with primary substance use. Personalized care plans are crafted to effectively address each condition simultaneously, optimizing the healing process.
Absolutely the best rehab experience of many! Feels like home and a family they truly care and the program taught me a lot! Counselors are great! Has a professional music studio! Everything is upscale! Thank You so much Vanity

Took my boyfriend here. He did intake, answered questions and signed paperwork after 45 minutes they said they couldn't keep him. What happened to compassion. Don't they take some kind of oath? I'm very disappointed.
Very helpful in helping me figure out what is best for my so and the next steps to take
Absolutely worthless, more dangerous to seek help here than to white knuckle it on your own. Kept an actively suicidal patient waiting for months with no phone call and no follow up appointments after the intake, then quietly "discharged" them months later with no notice, no phone call, no follow-up, no referral, no care whatsoever. They will kill people doing this.
Poor communication shouldn’t be an issue at a place like this
The staff is great! They make me feel very comfortable and safe. I haven't been there in years so I noticed they have a security guard there, which is good for their safety. I was asked if I needed a PC Dr and I did, I now have one. It took about a month but I finally got my first actual well care check in about 8 years. Super happy about that. They listen and help when I have concerns about my medication, they fix the dosage when I have concerns, they truly are life savers. I can get out of bed and brush my teeth, wash my face, do my hair, and care for my plants. I used to not be able to do any of those things because my mental health was so bad. I'm so glad they are here!! Thank you Advantage!!
Do not take your kid or loved one to this place. Much better places out there. Shady business and how they do things. People have passed away at this place. Some have died after breaking out
They have upgraded there service love it they have new programs like CST and others you just have to ask and me polite is all
PROUD PROGRAM TRULY USED TO BE AMAZING. it’s pretty much an entire new crew and they’re not personable, professional, and turn down more people than they help these days. I was in the program for three years, not one dirty drug test, and you’d think they’d never even cared, the way they dropped me. They don’t actually help you get into somewhere else like they claim. They’ll just ask you if you’ve heard of other places. I’m telling you ever since Maryanne, Haley, and Kelsey left, the only good people there are Jackie, Tyler, and the new guy who wears and hate and has Tibetan bowls(sorry I can’t remember your name). Once Ashely left, it truly changed and not for the better. You’re better off finding another program that won’t just drop you or make you feel uncomfortable especially when you want to come off the suboxone. At this point, they want the $ from the government and that’s it. This is not about advantage as a whole. They are a wonderful place because they still have people who care but it’s few and far in between in that program. They act like they hate being there. It’s just so uncomfortable now.
