Outpatient treatment offers flexible therapeutic and medical care without the need to stay overnight in a hospital or inpatient facility. Outpatient care typically offers a range of therapies and medical interventions individuals can attend alongside daily life.
Treatment for co-occurring mental health disorders, which affect the majority of individuals diagnosed, integrates care for mental health conditions with primary substance use. Personalized care plans are crafted to effectively address each condition simultaneously, optimizing the healing process.
Absolutely the best rehab experience of many! Feels like home and a family they truly care and the program taught me a lot! Counselors are great! Has a professional music studio! Everything is upscale! Thank You so much Vanity

I’ve been a patient for a little over a year now, and at first, my experience was great. I had a therapist and a psychiatrist, and all was well. My therapist was nice, but I didn’t feel comfortable enough talking with her, so I requested another therapist. I was doing online calls, and I missed one appointment (she did not contact me; I got busy with school), and just dropped me as a patient. I tried to get a new therapist, and they told me I was ineligible. They did not clarify what this meant, and refused to set me up with a new therapist. My psychiatrist, Dorcas Borsiquot gave me new diagnoses and prescribed me medication, but abruptly left the practice. She was also biased; I am not religious and she’d often impose her Christian beliefs on me, something I did not care for. I’ve been calling for months asking if there’d be a replacement doctor; as it’s dangerous to stop taking mood stabilizers and anti depressants. Now when you call, it just beeps and hangs up.

I’ve been a long time client of ATN 4+ years and they suddenly without any notice closed for good this week! I had to go up there to see what was going on bc no one was returning my phone calls only to find out they went bankrupt the day before. Again NO NOTICE! extremely disappointed in this company that I shared so much of my life with….

This is the text I received less than 24 hours before my appointment. The company is switching over to recovery only with hardly any notice. I was told about a month ago that it was a "possibility". I was given two places that accept my insurance, one of which isnt accepting new patients because of the influx of new patients and the other only doing therapy for previous addicts and no psychiatry. When I called the office to ask them why they weren't calling patients to let us know about the situation, the person who answered the phone started raising her voice saying that she only answeres the phone. I asked her who I could talk to about it and her only response was "Is there anything else I can help you with?" This place is EXTREMELY unprofessional on so many levels.

Trash. Won’t contact you at all about groups not happening, won’t call you back after they say they will, won’t let you know if a ride is moved or not happening.

ATN seemed to be great at first then over the last 2 months has gone downhill. Financially struggling, losing staff because they can't figure things out & making people who check themselves in to treatment through them stay in IOP so they get the payments from insurance. Therapists leaving, whether forced or by choice, but the high ups act like everything is fine when their patients are the ones who matter yet don't get to discuss what could possibly be changed or anything. Some therapists have a group that's more of a social time so you don't learn anything in group & it's a waste of time. Offer transport as they should for patients who need it & then fail & tell the patients to arrange transport services through insurance, if they have that choice - you're supposed to help with that service if you offer it but then you complain & threaten the patients not showing up because they didnt have a way to get there. WHAT A JOKE!

They don’t give you the help that you need. I feel like they have the favorites that they attempt to when you really crying for help they think that you’re playing around or you’re not taking it not serious this program is a joke they didn’t help me in any kind of way they always tryna send somone to rehab Instead of addressing the serious issue with the client is telling you or what you see in your client but obviously they don’t pay attention to the client so they wouldn’t know anyways they only pay attention to the ones that they want to I honestly did like the place at first when I got discharged that shit hurt me and I cried. I felt like a failure and they didn’t care. My counselor didn’t even call me at all to check up on me. Another person called me and tell me that I was discharged three freaking weeks after I freaking left like I just don’t respect it at all. I had to go to my doctor to get the proper help that I needed and no i’m not on any medication that’s a narcotic at all. I am on anxiety medicine just like I was explaining that I need something for my anxiety, but they ignored it, but My Doctor didn’t got right on it the same day.

I am highly disappointed with Dorcas Boursiquot, a so-called psychiatrist that I was supposed to see and tell how I feel. I let her know how I felt like many other times, and instead of looking into my actual mental health, which is what she probably should have been doing, she went the low road. It's no secret that I developed a liking for self medication with drugs and alcohol, but the fact of the matter is, I have mental health conditions and disabilities, which stem way before using anything and have not been treated correctly ever in my life. So, am I upset!?Of course I am, especially when I pour out my feelings and heart and the best answer she could come up with was "Shawn, you are an addict". She didn't care if I was feeling depressed or severe anxiety. She had the nerve to actually say to me, after almost a full year of sobriety and being with American Treatment Network, "you have to prove yourself"! Dorcas Boursiquot, Open your eyes. Can't be a good doctor if you genuinely do not help the sick and suffering. Someone that's sick and suffering from mental health, shouldn't have to prove anything. You should know if you are the person that listens when they talk. Disappointed with American Treatment Network, and some of their staff.

If I could give zero stars I would. And I have referred SEVERAL people to ATN in the past 2 years as I was extremely happy with the facility. Everyone was always nice to me but I really stayed and continued to refer people because of Luke. He has been one of the most positive and influential people in my recovery and played a MAJOR role in helping me regain custody of my daughter after I was released from jail. I was always super comfortable talking to him and was always able to be honest with him, even when I normally wouldn't have been with anyone else. I do not know why he was let go, however, neither does he, which is extremely unprofessional on behalf of ATN. But I can 5,000% assure you that if you cared about even 1/4 of your patients at ATN, you are not doing them any favors by firing the most caring, genuine and helpful people in my recovery. I'm sure I speak for 99% of Luke's patients county wide!!! You have made a huge mistake. Although, maybe now he will open his own facility and continue to help all of us who have struggled, or continue to struggle. I no longer struggle, however still keep in contact with Luke, as he has been such a positive influence in my life. I'm sorry, but I will not be referring anyone else to ATN. And I hope I don't ever need to attend an out patient facility again, however I am an addict and know that in a second, I could be right back there should I choose to make the wrong decisions. Unfortunately, I won't be calling ATN should the need arise. Shame on you for firing him over a phone call with no explanation and then hanging up on him.
