ARS New Castle

I bring my family member here I want to show some appreciation to the facility the are very helpful staff is nice. I must also give a shout out the the red head woman at the front desk sorry I don’t remember her name but she is nice always smiling and quick at her job I would highly recommend anyone who needs help to come here

They actually listen to you and know what they're doing, they don't just take notes and do what they were going to do anyway, they actually cater to your specific circumstances, let you give input, take that into account, and adjust your treatment accordingly, I've had so many bad experiences with other clinics, so I'm glad I finally found this place! Also, the pink haired Lady at the front desk will remember your face and add you into the dosing queue the second you walk through the doors. She's super fast and good at her job but lady I wanna say GOOD MORNING to you! like... please. you're super good at your job but let me say good morning and say it back to me. I'm not trying to make conversation. I just want to say good morning. 😊😊😊

I give it a 5 because staff is nice, they listen to what I have have to say, work with my work schedule, doesn't take a very long time to get take homes. As long as you're doing what your supposed to do then you move along quickly here. I've been to several clinics and this one is definitely the best in my opinion.

I was walking on route 13 on the shoulder headed to work all the sudden this guy in the red dodge Durango honks his horn at me. And as I was walking to my job I saw the same vehicle parked at this place and I was staring down at the person inside ARS giving an angry look and looking back at me. If he’s an employee or customer I would like to report him for this absolutely rude behavior. That’s all I have to say. Thank you.

I am a client at the moment, I am going to be honest with you and you can do whatever you want to with the information, I have been on methadone for about 21 years now and I have not ever had been blessed with my take home bottles for good condition and being sober, I am not sure what they do that is so much better than any other clinics I have been blessed to have been saved by. I think the difference is that you are not there to get up with all of your get high buddies and if you do bring them on they'll be better than they came

If you want to wait an entire year for 1 week of take homes you've found the right place. I came here for help but instead I was told I sounded intoxicated on the phone when I work overnights and had several clean tests the last few months. I had been going there for 5 months and only get an extra day od take-homes when other clinics you can be dirty for a million different things and still get a week+ of take homes..I never should have let them waste as much time of mine as they did and you better believe now only will they be losing me as a customer but several others as well.. Absolutely unbelievable and they should be ashamed of themselves thinking their phony degree gives them even a tenth of the knowledge of someone whose actually lived through addiction and wants to turn their life around for the better. I will guarantee not only will you lose me as a customer life but many many others as well I'll make sure of it. Have a great day

Most efficient maintanance clinic I have ever attended. Staff are outgoing and show they care a lot for the clients. You have a client ID number (used to track who is next to be seen), but you will not be treated as just another number.

I've been on methadone for 23 yrs, ever since 3-5-2000. I started at BCI and have been to 6 clinics, from Florida. Maryland and Delaware and ARS of New Castle is BY FAR THEE BEST AND Nicest clinic I've ever went to. The whole staff, from the nursing staff, to the counselors and everyone else is the nicest. They are very professional and mostly importantly, empathetic to our struggles. They aren't condescending at all, they treat us like human beings and they are always ready to help me when I need something. Im disabled and the nurses help me without me even asking, like getting me water, bringing my medicine and box to me after they're done making up my takehomes and they always have a smile for me. Theres alot more they do but I'd have a small book written if I kept going lol. Keep up the awesome work you guys do for us and thank you for treating me like a friend and not an addict.
