Levels of Care
Our admissions team will work with you to explore the right payment options based on your needs, ensuring you get the best possible treatment.
The highest level of care, medically managed with 24-hour nursing and physician care in a residential or medically-based setting, and can include any combination of medication, counseling and therapy.
Some primary care providers offer mental health diagnosis and treatment. This can prevent patients from developing more serious conditions.
Substance use and mental health can occur simultaneously as co-occurring disorders. Treatment for co-occurring disorders involves therapy and other personalized interventions to address both conditions.

Navicent is the biggest screw up . Went to pick up my mom. Was told to pick her up on HemlockSt- main entrance. Waited for a while. Called the front desk. Gave them her name and room number. That person couldn’t have been nicer. She called and said she could be picked up at patient waiting lounge. Never heard of it. I asked the lady where that was and she asked the person she was talking too and told me to stay right where we were that they would bring her to me. Waited another 30 minutes and then husband went inside . After another while he came out with a lady giving him directions to where she could be picked up. Wrong directions. On pine st directly across from Dunkin Donuts. That would be Beverly olson chrildren’s hospital. Nurse finally saw us and asked my name. It was next door at the neurosurgery place. Why? Just Why? She was on the second floor of the hospital. “They said they don’t have the patients picked up at main entrance anymore. Which was another lie. I literally saw patients being picked up from there while I was waiting. Not to even mention that i have been constantly billed for co pays that have already been paid. Get it together, please. Are you under new management again and trying to justify your job!
My daughter had a baby there recently. LDR was great. Except delay of birth for an hour due to waiting on the doctor to walk over. The postpartum dept was average. I used to work in that area in another state so I may be biased. Some nurses didn’t even check on them often. We had to call out repeatedly for the same issue -meds or supplies. However the BIG PROBLEM was a LEGAL ISSUE. they discharged them without ANY birth certificate papers WHAT SO EVER ! WOW. Nothing. Just cut them loose to leave. No official baby name or anything. The nurse she had that was there 16 on nights and half the day was great. The labor nurses were great. I’ll also add the discharge nurse who apparently did a half ass job had to cut the cord clamp off the baby AFTER we reminded her had big old fake nails on. These have proven to cause infection. Most hospitals forbid them esp in babies /nicu. My niece said her postpartum care was lacking here also. Someone needs educate and elevate this floor. Ridiculous.
I definitely wouldn’t go to this hospital. People sitting around doing nothing while patience that actually need immediate help don’t get it.
Noone will tell you anything. Another star taken due to a nurse Denise at the heart ward. Dr Conti came to talk but was on his phone and couldn't look away from it for 2 minutes to talk to us. I get he was probably looking at my dads chart but dang make some eye contact when patients are seeking answers and comfort. Support staff (CNA/House keeping) were the beat.
I wouldn't even give it 1 star because the call center nurse is by far the rules I've ever felt with. I ask about a patent so there grand child could call and they snapped at me and hung up because I called and not her. I understand now why there ranked the 5th worst hospital in the United States
My husband, became very ill after surgery. However I would like to give a special thanks to Dr. Soleye Saheed his care was phenomenal. Very knowledgeable. ICU - Jasmine & Daizhana. MOU-Tekira Gner You all really made a difference with my husband recovery. I truly thank you for the care, compassion & patience during his stay.
Nurses were amazing and helpful while I was with my grandfather for an extended period. The hospital beds on the other hand, your organization should be ashamed. Even the nurses know patients continually complain about feeling extremely uncomfortable in them and this encouraged me to provide a review. How is someone supposed to recover if they can’t even rest in the bed designated for their healing? Constant monitoring and entry is expected, but to not be granted the decency of REST due to how cheap the bedding is is inexcusable and highlights how little the hospital administration must think of their patients who pay for a service…. Which amounts to less than helpful because they’re in pain for the duration of their stay. Please upgrade your beds and consider the needs of your patients and the mere basic level of amenities they deserve.
