Augusta Metro Treatment Center

This place is the worst, not in compliance at all, some patients do not have correct lock boxes,patients use other patients lock boxes, this place is very short staffed, they can't keep anybody, also , I see how they treat there employees and it's just sad, management only cares about when Carf and the DEA comes to the facility. you have professional counselors sleeping with the patients, you have people selling drugs in the parking lot, patients selling their methadone, management knows but they don't care

I have been going here for a very long time, this place is not perfect but I can easily say the Current Program Director (Ms Christina) and the nurses (Jo and Shelby) have really done Alot to fix the issues. Before this director there have been times where the wait was over 5 hours! It no longer is like that, she's very nice, the counselors I have encountered are also nice and tend to help. I give the current staff a ton of credit, dealing with really difficult patients and fixing the wait time issues, It's not perfect. I'm sure they're still fixing things but I could definitely say that this facility is so much better than it has been in the past. Great job to the

The front desk is nice and so is the nurses, but everyone else treated me just like my home clinic...Rude! Thank Vod I get take homes and deal with this place sparingly.

By far the worst clinic. If i could give no star i would. They have 1 dosing nurse. Be prepared to wait 4 hours on some days. Your better off on the street than to deal with these people.

Hi I want to start off by saying this location has been down to one nurse ms joy to dose today and 2 the last several days and they have been putting in extra hours to make sure every one is getting there meds the director and ms Alisha was also helping cause wait time is 5 hours these workers all deserve a huge shout out and a raise for keeping there cool and fretting everyone out and passing out take Homes to those who get them I’m very thankful!!!!thanks to all the staff !!!!!!! we do recover

If I could add zero I would. My wife and I went there for 6 years with not 1 problem all the sudden they get a new director who thinks she is God's gift to earth and looks like freak from goonies had a baby with the mom from Matilda. We left at closing time when a known heroin dealer pulls up trying to fight me (bad idea) I drug him bad police come say it was mutual combat and he was the aggressor. Next day go in to speak to director and ask what our treatment plan was and she got butt hurt bc for six years I had no treatment plan all they are are legal drug dealers all they did was just copy and paste what I said every month when I did my intake 6 years ago so she suddenly says well you were fighting so you are kicked out so then my wife comes in to see what we were saying and she kicked her out to and she didn't do anything but it was a blessing in disguise bc we are now clean from methadone they do not want you to leave bc then they dont make money in 6 yrs I asked to titrate 3 times and for some reason each time they raised my dose. So if your looking for help from someone with alot of personal experience don't go of the director has more leg hair than you and about 3 chins

I posted a review a year ago that has been taken down. Understandable, because I was focused on my feelings instead of the bigger picture I learned some much about addiction how to treat addiction show empathy and also try to help while I was there as much as I could I feel blessed to have had that opportunity to see another side of nursing that has helped me on my current journey too all of my New Seasons patients I miss you guys love you guys and I continue to pray for you please don’t give up continue to fight 💪🏽💪🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽❤️❤️
