I attempted to reach this doctor's office today to ask if Dr. Garza was taking new patients. After navigating the automated system, I was placed on hold to wait for the next available person. I was still on hold after 25 minutes 21 seconds and no one ever picked up. That is unacceptable and tells me everything I need to know about this office. Hard pass...

Service is horrible. Unprofessional and useless. Whoever is answering the phone has poor phone etiquette and needs excessive training. She answering questions with attitude like if she doesn't want to be helpful. No stars !

My medical records were released from this clinic to another facility without my consent, and i didnt mind because I didn’t have any issues with that being done until the facility that received them wanted to review things on my medical records that had nothing to do with my visit. However, if they weren’t released from here in the first place, I wouldn’t have had to address the odd thing left on my medical record. Also, I haven’t been here in almost 5 months and I just got 2 calls within a week from someone named Ericka asking me questions so that she can correct their system. But, the questions she was asking me had nothing to do with me as a patient; and also I don’t even receive services from this clinic anymore. AND, when I was called she just left a voicemail telling me to call her back at her extension , and when I called back twice, the person who answered told me she left no message for me. I wish I would have recorded the whole conversation it was that odd and im not accusing anyone of anything, but, it seems a little weird to be bothered multiple times by a health clinic when I haven’t been there in almost half a year, and then them try to follow up with me about my health status and other things.

I am a new pt here and I’ve only been here once in Nov and so far it has been a nightmare. Getting in touch with your provider or their staff is a nightmare, forget my chart, the system that has been designed to smooth the communication between the patient and the care team. I called on Dec 24th, as well as sent a msg on my chart and all I needed was a paper prescription of my medication as I’m traveling out of the country, this could have been easily sent to my my chart as a pdf so I’m able to print it out at home. So I came here in person, I’m waiting as I write this, the front girl said the only documented call was from yesterday, meaning all the calls I made were not relayed to the providers office, when I asked why is that the only call documented, she said the calls go to the call center not directly here so she’s not sure. Proceeded to tell me that my my chart message I sent go straight to the provider who isn’t here. The bottom line!! Customer service at this place is the worst I’ve ever seen. Not sure if it’s due to the type of population they see here but my goodness, you serve people for Gods sakes, act like you care, it is necessary. I can go elsewhere with my insurance but I’m certain there’s people who are stuck to this place because they have no insurance or it doesn’t cover all their necessary needs, if you don’t grasp the need to show empathy and compassion to serve these people, seek work elsewhere.

El personal de esta clínica es el peor que me he topado en mi vida, jamás han podido contestar una llamada de la que he hecho son tan incompetentes. Qué lástima contar con una clínica como está. Lo peor de todo es que nada sirve dejar estas reseñas, porque ni siquiera las ven y si las ven no toman ninguna acción.

Terrible customer service. The staff is rude. You have to call sometimes 10-15 times before a person answers the phone to set a appointment. The Social workers really don't care. I talked to a lady named Jamie who is a social worker and she cut me off while I was trying talk to her about my struggles with health and assistance I need. Nobody responds back to patients when you make a complaint. The guy that works in the housing department is rude. The therapist just seemed like she just there to get a check. There is no love in these people in my opinion. I was told that Dr. Flash is the CEO of Avenue 360. Apparently that doctor is not reading the reviews and is not addressing complaints and issues the patients are talking about. It seems to me that places like this that are Ryan White or State funded do not give top quality service and care. This place is the bottom of the barrel in my opinion and I am done!

This doctors office has the worst staff I have even encountered at a doctors office. A woman named Makayla is very rude and has an attitude problem, and that's the type of people they have answering phones and setting appointments. Whenever you ask for a office manager it's always a voicemail and you never get a call back after leaving a message. You have to call 15 times just to get a person to answer the phone to even set up an appointment to see a doctor. I hate this place!! Especially the heights location it's the worst!

Extremely unprofessional and don’t care about the patients who obviously come because they need help. If I can give 0 stars and report this business over and over again I would. Matter fact, I will.
