Absolutely the best rehab experience of many! Feels like home and a family they truly care and the program taught me a lot! Counselors are great! Has a professional music studio! Everything is upscale! Thank You so much Vanity

Following my illness with COVID-19 and the flu, which also affected my family, I attempted to contact the dental office multiple times via their answering service but did not receive a return call. Despite my repeated calls and messages, I was not contacted. The office's failure to communicate and notify patients of appointment cancellations is, in my opinion, rude and unprofessional. I previously had an issue with the front desk, where the call was disconnected, and when I called back, I was informed that it was thought the call had dropped. However, the professional response would have been to immediately return the call. In my observation, the front desk staff often engages in personal conversations while on the clock, which I believe is unprofessional, patients come first! The doctors are awesome I have no complaints about them but the front desk ladies need to be replaced and until they are, I do not recommend primary care or dental!
The Dentist Dr. Kol and her assistant did great! They were both very sweet and thorough with instructions. 😁 Slowly getting my teeth fixed and im glad i have them to trust!
My child was rescheduled several times just to be told there was no one available or that we needed to reschedule.
The fact that they cancel your appointments or just don't call for over the phone appointments is ridiculous. Been out of medications from a previous doctor for 2 months, and Bluebonnet just keeps making me wait to even speak to anyone. I can only imagine the amount of people that are no longer here due to the inadequacy of this "clinic".
Had been a beneficial and helpful place for care.
Referred by M.D. for mental health services. Attended initial visit, and requested services for mental health ONLY...no medical, case management, or psych services needed. As a former therapist I requested mental health services only. Came for second appointment and had b.p. drawn and appt scheduled for a Psych eval! Online... Was told that I said I would use online services.... that was the only option. I specifically requested an in office appointment with a therapist. I was desperate for a therapist. And, I have a right to request this kind of service. So much for client rights. I kept saying that I must have misunderstood. Finally left after requesting reimbursement for no services rendered. I figure that I am still alive due to a precious personal lifeline. I have directed other social service agencies and am appalled at the attitude of one of your staff persons, in particular. Will NEVER ask help from this agency again.
I went into the Bastrop Bluebonnet Traill Clinic to get a refill on a control substance. The nurse practitioner knew it, as the second she walked into the room, she acknowledged what I was there for and I said yes. She never listened to my breathing with a stethoscope - nothing. She stayed on her laptop computer the whole time and at the end she said she could not prescribe what I needed, but she could give me two weeks of it. I hope this is making more sense to you than it did to me... She prints out a script, signs it and hands it to me to take to the pharmacy. When I take it to H-E-B they almost laughed me out of there, because they said bc she's a nurse practitioner: 1. She can't be prescribing a controlled substance 2., Scripts have to be faxed. They cannot take a handwritten note. Lastly, I called back and spoke to the Clinic supervisor at Bastrop & I'm told that, the doctor that comes to the clinic, infrequently, may not be able to prescribe it either even after seeing me. This is a clinic out of control & that is dangerous.
My wife is in terrible pain from dental problems. She went in got evaluated, got blood test and antibiotics. Was told to take Ibuprofen and Tylenol for pain. That's a joke. She called twice to try and get some relief, did not get a call back. Still no appointment for tooth extraction, left to be in horrible pain. Seems like no one cares.
