Near U.S. Route 1 and Southpoint Parkway, BrightView Fredericksburg is an outpatient addiction treatment center serving adults with opioid, alcohol, stimulant, and other substance use disorders through coordinated medical and behavioral care. The program includes medication-assisted treatment (MAT), safe withdrawal support, individual and group counseling, and dedicated case management. To further improve access to care, same-day and next-day appointments, walk-in access, and telehealth options help patients begin treatment quickly while staying connected to daily life. Care is available Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., providing dependable weekday access for adults ready to take meaningful steps toward recovery. Strengthen Stability Through Support At the core of treatment, FDA-approved medications such as buprenorphine, buprenorphine/naloxone (Suboxone), methadone, and naltrexone (Vivitrol) are combined with structured therapy and social support. In addition to medical care, individual counseling helps patients address trauma, anxiety, grief, anger, and other emotional challenges linked to addiction, while group therapy builds accountability and peer connection. To strengthen long-term stability, case managers coordinate insurance, community resources, housing, and employment support. The center is part of BrightView Health’s comprehensive outpatient network, delivering consistent, compassionate care focused on lasting recovery.
