The program treats opioid dependence, heroin, methamphetamine, alcohol use disorder, and other drug-related conditions. Services are available to both men and women, and the center provides a welcoming, inclusive environment for LGBTQIA+ patients. Co-occurring mental health concerns are also addressed through counseling and therapy. Based on this evaluation, a treatment plan is created to meet each patient’s needs. Services include medication-assisted treatment (MAT) using FDA-approved medications such as buprenorphine products or methadone, along with individual and group counseling sessions. Case managers also help patients access supportive services, including housing assistance, employment resources, insurance coverage, and legal support. Aftercare and Appointment Access After completing active treatment, patients work with their care team to develop a long-term aftercare plan focused on continued recovery. Options include ongoing therapy, group sessions, and referrals. The center offers same-day or next-day appointments, accepts walk-ins, and works with a wide range of insurance plans, including Medicaid and Medicare. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with Saturday appointments available.
