Located in Boardman, Ohio, near Youngstown in Mahoning County, this outpatient addiction treatment center serves adults with substance use disorders (SUD). The program treats opioid dependence, heroin, methamphetamine, alcohol use disorder, and other drug-related conditions. Treatment Process and Structure Care begins with a health assessment during the first visit, which includes a urine drug screening and meetings with both a counselor and a physician. Services include medication-assisted treatment (MAT) using FDA-approved medications such as buprenorphine products or methadone, along with individual and group counseling sessions. Aftercare and Appointment Access After completing active treatment, patients work with their care team to develop a long-term aftercare plan focused on continued recovery.
