Do not waste your time with this Facility!!! My Son went there for a required diagnosis of some mental health issues, possibly from Drug use. the only time we were contacted By NFA was to let us know that the monthly cost would be $17,000 After my son entered the program at this facility we tried to contact NFA so as to let us know what type of daily treatment he would be receiving ( not the results of any treatment as per HIPA laws). just what our son would be going thru on a daily bases. the 1st time i called i was told that NFA would not confirm or deny that my son was even at the facility even though we dropped him off there. i called back a second time and asked to speak with a director or if one could call me back, the person on the other end of the line representing NFA just hung up on me. for a month we did not hear anything about our son until a couple days before he was scheduled to be released a clinician called my wife to ask her what the specifics of his problems were and how he had been acting prior to going to NFA. Kind of late for that as he was being released in a day or so? i could go on in more detail about this facility and its lack of concern for its patients and families . my son left this facility in worse shape than when he went in !! DO NOT send your loved ones to this facility for any type of mental health issues because NFA is just in it for the money. go to an approved mental health facility where the care about people with these issues. the attitude at NFA is seems to be if we can help fine, but if not it does not matter to them This Place should be called NFG rather than NFA !!!

I will be forever be grateful for the staff taking great care of the father of my child. He has struggled with a lot of mental health and trauma. He's thriving and they saved his life.

10/10 place to rebuild your life!! I recommend if you’re struggling with mental health or substance use! They give you the tools and opportunity to build your life back up

When I first arrived, I wasn’t sure if this was the right place for me. I was told don’t leave before the miracle. I can absolutely say That this was a life turning event and I’m so grateful that I took advantage of it.

They lied about getting a prior authorization, lied about my deductible applying, and are now refusing to refund $1500 my insurance said we overpaid them. They also lied about having an A+ rating from the BBB. Check the BBB website. They’re not accredited by them at all and were sanctioned for lying about it almost 2 years ago. I also just realized they’re part of a huge national chain of “treatment” centers owned by a private equity firm, Baymark Health Services. Don’t let the NH-specific branding fool you. The thing they care most about is making money for their investors.
