Outpatient treatment offers flexible therapeutic and medical care without the need to stay overnight in a hospital or inpatient facility. Outpatient care typically offers a range of therapies and medical interventions individuals can attend alongside daily life.
Some primary care providers offer mental health diagnosis and treatment. This can prevent patients from developing more serious conditions.
Substance use and mental health can occur simultaneously as co-occurring disorders. Treatment for co-occurring disorders involves therapy and other personalized interventions to address both conditions.
Absolutely the best rehab experience of many! Feels like home and a family they truly care and the program taught me a lot! Counselors are great! Has a professional music studio! Everything is upscale! Thank You so much Vanity

I stopped in for a quick appointment on my lunch break. I heard Dr Ranjan talking about playing golf that day while in the waiting room. When I got in his office he seemed impatient and in a hurry. I told him I had suicidal thoughts but they were passive and I had no plan. I figured he might just up my meds. Dummy me for being honest. He called an ambulance to take me away to a hospital even though I told him that it wasn't that bad and I had gone through this before with just a med change and time. He wouldn't agree and I was sent to a hospital. I lost my job because I couldn't return after lunch. Then the insurance would not pay for the ambulance they deemed unnecessary and I had a $10,000 bill to pay with no job. Dr Ranjan also didn't listen to what I was saying on other visits as well. He kept talking over me even when I was answering his questions. Today I have a fear of doctors because they have the power to destroy your life. I'm also less honest with them so they don't over react to get to their golf game.

Another waste of time. So quick to send prescriptions for medicine that you’ve already have tried in the past but don’t want to listen to your general concerns. Don’t waste your money on the male NP here.

My experience with this center has been extremely frustrating and costly. I was initially diagnosed with ADHD but was asked to try breathing exercises and anxiety medication first, which caused depressive side effects. After switching providers, I was prescribed the correct medication, but when my pharmacy was out of stock, the doctor substituted it despite me being willing to travel to get what worked. The substitute was ineffective, yet I was charged the same amount. When I returned later to restart treatment, scheduling was disorganized. My in-person appointment began 20 minutes late, leaving little time to address concerns. Communication felt argumentative rather than supportive. I was also required to complete an EKG without a clear medical justification, despite having no personal or family history of heart issues. After being told another patient had failed an EKG, I was then informed I “failed” mine as well and could not proceed without additional appointments. Overall, this has been an expensive and disappointing experience. Choosing this center for convenience ended up costing more time, money, and stress than seeking care from a more established and organized practice.

This review is for this location specifically because I’ve had more luck with the mentor one but had to switch because I moved. Sue is amazing, but the other lady at the front desk is extremely rude. If you come in for anything she acts like you’re annoying her and you’re less than human. I don’t think I’ve ever seen her anything but miserable for the past 4 years. I dread calling this location at any time because I know if somehow someone actually picks up the phone for once, it’s going to be her and shes just mean about it. The office itself is run down and ugly and unwelcoming and very badly needs a renovation for the comfort of their patients. Hell even just repainted. The ceo does not care about the state of his facilities or the happiness of his employees. Recently I had to come in so I could receive my medication and no one was at the front desk for over 20 minutes so I left, which screwed up my whole week trying to find time to come back during open hours. Management is questionable due to high turnover rates for employees, especially case managers, for the past 6 years I’ve been with Charak. I couldn’t imagine how awful it is to work for them, and it’s evident it’s hard to find good people to staff their offices by the lack of communication and no one in the offices half the time, or by how rude they are.

Pleasantly surprised with the quality of the care I received at this facility. The staff were friendly and professional. Sudha at the Stow facility was especially great.

Sue in the Stow office is a breath of fresh air! Her multitasking is obvious to me and other patient families!
