We recently went through the process of getting our Foster care license with Choices. They were very responsive with any questions we had and helped us along the way to get our license. I recommend them if you are looking to start your journey to becoming a foster parent.
I'm unsure who the "credible human" reviewer is, but their clearly not a foster parent within Choices. I've been a foster parent with choices for a few years now and highly recommend them. I always feel supported from everyone. We've had a few different caseworkers and have felt like family with all. The support they offer for foster parents is like no other. From coming to the kids sporting events, planning special outings and so many other activities/help and just being available 24/7 is so helpful.
As you can see all of the good reviews were 2+ years ago. Things have changed for the worst. It's called choices so make a better choice for your family and avoid doing any business with this establishment.

CHOICES is an agency that really cares about people. Their workers have all been really friendly and just overall great people!
We have been impressed with the one on one time these workers put in. Specifically Samantha has been pulling double duty to help us and Geri has given so much of her time to encourage us in our endeavor.
