Absolutely the best rehab experience of many! Feels like home and a family they truly care and the program taught me a lot! Counselors are great! Has a professional music studio! Everything is upscale! Thank You so much Vanity

Staff is very kind at this location. You go in complaining about pain and leave feeling better no long time waiting to see a doctor. Very professional. I recommend this location if you become ill.
Me encanta no me quejo
This whole staff was probably some of the nicest and most professional medical staff i've ever encountered. I had no wait at all, it was midnight. I was also able to call and ask them how long the wait would be.
I WAS THERE FRIDAY NIGHT LAYED IN THE ER FOR OVER 5 HOURS NOT ONE DOCTOR OR A NURSE COME IN TO TALK TO ME SO I LOOKED AT MY WIFE AND ASK HER IF SHE WAS READY TO LEAVE SO I GOT UP AND WALK OUT THE DOOR AND CAME HOME I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THAT ER AGAIN
Outstanding nursing staff. Really can't elaborate enough about how great they were. Moreover, the actual care and treatment were excellent. I don't think I saw my assigned doctor a single time during my 3 day stay, but the nursing staff made sure I was in good hands and felt safe. Decent food considering it's a hospital, although they quite literally got every single meal wrong to varying degrees. For instance, one order had 8 items on it, and only 1 was correct. The showers are awful and extremely cold.
The emergency room doctors treat you as if you’re there for drugs and not help! Both times I was there in a 3 week time frame for my hip dysplasia. They didn’t give me the correct dose of meds I was given the minimum that could be given. They kept telling me it wasn’t my hip after I’ve already been scheduled for a hip replacement for 3 months. I’ve had several X-rays done and tests that they know for a fact I have severe advanced osteoarthritis with hip dysplasia. They refuse to treat me and give me any type of medication to help relieve the pain. I was unable to walk for 18 hours. And they just wanted to know what did I plan on doing? I came there for help because the pain became so bad I couldn’t walk I couldn’t stand. I couldn’t sit. I have dealt with this pain for over two years and it has progressively gotten worse as the time has went on. I was never given any pain medication from any of my doctors as far as primary care except for Tylenol and creams when my bone is rubbing against my other bone, causing all of this pain Then they wanted to tell me that it was my back not my hip. I was never treated so terribly in my entire life like I didn’t matter like my pain wasn’t a valid reason to be there since then they scheduled me with pain management who canceled my appointment because he’s not in only on Wednesdays And has no openings until after my surgery so there’s no point in even getting assistance I think it’s time to look into another hospital Cleveland clinic in general seems very nice, but Lutheran Hospital has some of the worst employees with the worst attitude
Lutheran may be an old building; however, the care I have received is second-to-none! Great staff - tremendous work ethics - courteous - friendly and, of course extremely professional. Thank you!
Buen servicio, todo el personal muy amable.
