Cleveland Treatment Center

I love my clinic. But change is in the air. New management came in and I feel like I'm on the sinking Titanic. 1st Develand at the window quit. She was in tears as I walked in the day she left. I miss her smile . Then Doc Marc left. He was very compassionate and treated me with respect. Then there is Carl😊who keeps the place afloat. Then there is (Tisha?) I call her pinky as she wears pink scrubs!! She is the last nurse standing as Courtney quit . They are both good people . I always felt safe and supported when I walked in ,laughing at the new elevator graffiti! We lost good soldiers fighting the good fight. If Carl and Pinky leave I fear this clinic will shut down. I miss that sense of community. This clinic should be a lighthouse in the fog. A bright beacon welcoming and offering support as we go thru this journey. What an opportunity for this clinic. But then I remember it's a business.WE ARE NOT NUMBERS.WE ARE NOT DOLLARS 💲🏧. We just need a little help. THANK you CARL and our only nurse Tisha. ( I hope I spelled right but love you anyways!) Your Pinkie to me! Very mellow and sweet like the color!!! ..

Roaches!! 🪳 🪳 Very very unprofessional Angelica is probably one of the meanest rudest people I've ever met Carl the counselor refuses to do appointments which leads to them taking your meds away Barb is so old she literally forgets everything. She is also very rude. They don't even have a doctor lol it's pathetic. Do NOT go here. They will probably be closed within the year Im more the certain they are doing some kind of insurance scam bc they make you do so many appointments they really need to be investigated Please like the other comment said before me, go to the one on Carnegie "Community Medical Services"

Terrible. This place is fubu

If your trying to get your life back on track you can't go here just waited a hour and half for 5 people to get there medicine so keep a job and trying to come down here is impossible you think showing up with a half hour to still get to work is enough time nope. They haven't gotten nothing figured out in years. Sucks when your trying to change your life and the place supposed to help is the one causing all the problems with you moving forward

Nurses are great,,front desk is very friendly super helpful love her she is the best.

My boyfriend and I started coming here December 2nd 2024 and everyone at this place has been very nice and respectful and friendly and caring. I just wish that I can find the phone number for my counselor carl quitman. He is a great guy and very sweet and understanding and he works with everyone's schedule. Need more people like that and the doctor and nurses and the lady at the reception desk are very nice and friendly and helpful and respectful

For the 1st day. I came in. They welcome me in with serious love. I've been there 2 and a 1/2 years. I wouldn't trade this clinic for none other clinics in Cleveland. They're very caring. Loyal. Very understanding and all the above. If you care for some good treatment, come to Cleveland comprehensivetreatment

This clinic save my life the people here are so awesome they really care about their people I couldn't think of any other place I'd rather be I'm so grateful for this place Cleveland comprehensive treatment center I would recommend everybody this place
