Levels of Care
Our admissions team will work with you to explore the right payment options based on your needs, ensuring you get the best possible treatment.
In a PHP, patients live at home but follow an intensive schedule of treatment. Most programs require you to be on-site for about 40 hours per week.
Outpatient treatment offers flexible therapeutic and medical care without the need to stay overnight in a hospital or inpatient facility. Outpatient care typically offers a range of therapies and medical interventions individuals can attend alongside daily life.
Some primary care providers offer mental health diagnosis and treatment. This can prevent patients from developing more serious conditions.
Substance use and mental health can occur simultaneously as co-occurring disorders. Treatment for co-occurring disorders involves therapy and other personalized interventions to address both conditions.
Absolutely the best rehab experience of many! Feels like home and a family they truly care and the program taught me a lot! Counselors are great! Has a professional music studio! Everything is upscale! Thank You so much Vanity

this place didn't help me at all, it was more a distraction than anything. kids had vapes, found one in a van, lies told about me by workers that made me have to deal with a triggering rule, got called a hoe for my trauma, a worker talked about having to cut their friend from a tree, worker had a vape with them and showed us, not a safe space to multiple people because of homophones, other members triggered panic attacks and flashbacks, one therapist wasn't for me, trying to force someone who had gone non verbal to speak, I had to stand up for them, people were dating, never had any serious conversations or actual therapy I didn't already know, when a new person joined we would go back, it was a mess, scheduling sucked, food was bland, and being told that I was too broken to fix.
I went here around a year ago, and did IOP and PHP this place wasn’t horrible but it wasn’t the best, to start with the place it just gave very dreary vibes not a healing place the most “happy” looking space was the front. Therapy part was just worksheets we never really spoke on our issues just did worksheets it wasn’t healing just bleh. Kids were nice except one saying he didn’t like gay people and got kicked out but didn’t have any problems. The workers were mixed they were nice but also a bit passive aggressive which is expected. But it wasn’t very helpful just the environment wasn’t the best. Transportation was fine though no issue. But this place did more damage then good but also it gave some good so it wasn’t all bad.
I had a decent experience. I learned a lot about mental health tools/strategies to help in my situation. They did not have paper towels/soap in bathrooms for 4 out of the 6 weeks there. I finished the program in August. Before Covid. I called today to set up strictly behavioral/mental health visits, and was told because “it’s billed differently” they only accept self-pay at both locations. My entire treatment program was paid in full by my commercial insurance. No cost to me as my out-of-pocket was met. It’s a shame I wasn’t able to continue treatment here.
Incredibly unprofessional and negligent “mental health facility” for teens. We were sold a bill of goods upon intake: our daughter would see a psychiatrist to stabilize medication (never happened), her stay would be extended to meet her needs (never happened), there would be family therapy (never happened), she would be integrated back into school (never happened), we would be in direct contact with staff (never happened/dozens of unanswered/unreturned calls). Sadly Columbus Springs/Changes is just one more SHADY facility cashing in on the desperation of concerned parents with nowhere else to turn. I wish I could tell you where else to go, but unfortunately we have yet to find any meaningful help.
This place is not helpful at all for teens with mental health issues. They did nothing to help her. She even said they did more harm than good. Kids snuck in vapes, talked about drugs, The person running the program even said the kids need to stop glorifying drugs. There was no communication. 2 days after being released she tried to take her life and had to be admitted in Children's. Now they are billing my minor child and questioning me when I tell them to talk to me. Completely unprofessional. When an "investigation " was done they only reviewed the therapist notes. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILD HERE. And please don't respond and ask me to fill something else out because it won't happen. Nothing gets done
Monica is extremely unprofessional and immature! I was out of my medication and took them 1 weeks to provide an appointment. I was advise I will get a reminder prior to logging into Zoom but never received a call. Monica said that’s my problem and refused to have me speak to a manager and was told she’s the only one working there and no one else can help me that she makes the decision on appointments and rescheduling! Monica should not be working in customer service since she’s so unprofessional and acts as if she hates her job!
find somewhere else.
We did a phone assessment and Alexis said she would call us back that afternoon....no call and it has been almost 2 weeks. We started a different program!
