From my very 1st day I was welcomed by Sasha with warm opened arms. The staff was professional, friendly and respectful. The therapist Billie, Austin and Alex were phenomenal. I was there for 51 days and enjoyed everyday. I went in with my depression and anxiety being at a nigh 10 and when I left they both was a 0. The psychiatrist was great and was able to manage my medication perfectly. I highly recommend Connections Wellness Group to everyone I know. Thank you staff for being so amazing. Also thank you to Delores for taking great care of every morning

Ok love Dr KHAN. Amazing psychiatrist. Had help me improve a lot. Her nurse line however is non existent and they are rude acting as if i inconvenience them any time i have question. I also don’t think you guys do well with patient portal access. I am in the medical field and it’s practically non existent to us patients. I needed help since yesterday and my calls go to voicemail and emails left unanswered!

My first & last day! Most staff was kind and welcoming, however clearly suck at relaying patient info. A therapist, Austin G randomly appeared in the room I was in speaking with nurse jordyn. He chimes in asking me if I had heard this information from my “parents”. One, your staff told me incorrect info. Two, I’m a grown adult and that is evident. Extremely rude on Austin’s end, and rest of staff was scattered.

Connections was a fantastic therapeutic experience. Staff was super friendly and helpful, and group really helped me gain a lot of perspective as well as psycho education. Seriously cannot recommend this place enough.

Truly such an amazing and transformative place. Incredible staff - Angela at the front desk always greets everyone with a smile. My therapist were amazing - truly the best I have ever had. Would highly recommend this program to anyone needing help with their mental health!
