While this clinic presents itself as affiliated with Yale, it is not part of the Yale New Haven Hospital system. This distinction is not clearly communicated to patients and leads to unnecessary confusion—especially when it comes to insurance coverage. Additionally, there seems to be little internal communication and minimal consideration for individual circumstances, which makes it hard to recommend this facility. In one instance, I was emotionally blamed during a routine inquiry because the name in their system did not match my current legal name—despite having informed them of the change at an earlier visit. It's troubling that the patient was blamed for an internal oversight.
I love my doctor and staff at the West Haven clinic. They are all helpful, respectful, and sensitive to my needs. I couldn't ask for a better team to have by my side. My primary care doctor and my podiatrist are in one place.

They should have a staff that knows how insurance works. I have the same insurance for more than 5 years using in the same place and today she said that they don't accept that insurance. An insurance representative call them and guess what, Yes they accept it. At least she should have apologized and said nothing. Very bad experience, i had a blood pressure surge due to anger. They should have better customer service.

Booked tele-health visit which is covered by our insurance by this provider but the individual in the practice who took the appointment was outside the plan, hit with $400 bill. They should have a staff that knows how insurance works. Expensive incompetence, will not go back.
Their system is messed up. I've had multiple appointment's cancelled on me or my provider no showed for a telehealth. Milford Courthouse is contracted with them they really need to rethink this choice. They're messing with peoples livelihood.
