AWSOME, people that work there could not be nicer!

Wish I could give zero stars seems to be a bunch of addicts themselves zero professionalism and the doctor is always different and do not care how you are. I was accused of using after a bad test! Go anywhere else the office is always disgusting

I don't know how to spell her name but her name begins with a "D" , but I wish I could have her all the time! I was concerned with a few things especially being in the situation I'm in. She was so positive, warm vibes, concerned and very professional. She made me feel like a human being. No judgement. I felt so comfortable with her that it felt like we were friends getting together just talking about our day, even tho it was the situation that brought me to Crossroads. To me, there's a difference in the healthcare field where your there for the paycheck and whatever happens happens vs your passion is to help and provide for your patients 100% making them feel secure even tho it's not an easy road and that the paycheck is not the first thing that comes to mind. (Yes getting paid because we have to pay bills, but the patients come first. Hard to explain.) But I can't say thank enough to D for her kindness, compassion and how she went above and beyond to help me when she didn't have to. That truly meant so much to me especially being in the situation I'm currently in for the first time. She took away fears and it was just such an amazing experience! Thank you D!!! Now hopefully, when I have to go in person to the office that's close to me, I hope that I'm treated the same way.

The staff at Crossroads are impressively knowledgeable and deeply skilled across every facet of their work. I especially want to highlight the doctor—her dedication went far beyond expectations. Not only did she provide exceptional care to her patients, but she also took the time to examine my swollen thumb and guided me toward the right treatment. Huge thanks to Crossroads for helping me stay on a clear, steady path toward healthier living. Your support means everything.
