This facility helped me in a time of great need during a mental health crisis and pointed me in the right direction for long term resources. I definitely would say this place is for emergency’s and short terms stays until you can find an out/in patient facility that can help you for the long term but my needs were met and I was cared for during my stay🤍
The staff really showed me how much they cared.
Working to help others is what we do ! Update post 10/14/2025 it’s a great place to work until you get terminated for doing your job.
I don't understand this place--what's it supposed to be? Thought that it was a detox center, no? Whatever the case may be, there's no books, no magazines, no newspapers, no recovery materials, almost zero recovery activities, no counseling...nothing. They serve slack *microwave dinners* for every meal and they don't have any aftercare-specialists and so every day, and btw this begins day one and no matter how sick you are, they are jamming phone #s in your face telling you to call resources, etc. It's a genuinely ridiculous situation and I wish that someone from the local govt would go into this place undercover as a patient and see for themselves what's going on there. And they also have this weird thing where every day, and again no matter how sick or what stage of detox one is in, a person has to see the provider and prove why he or she needs to stay another day--these people be discharging folks while they're still super sick and can barely move. What they're doing at this place makes zero sense. But hey if there's some logic to their approach that's lost to me I'm open to learning, could someone please explain? Maybe this is some new weird approach towards detox and/or recovery of which I'm unaware? Whatever the case may be, whatever this place is supposed to be, the people in this area need a real detox, ya know, one where every day's not spent pleading to stay another day, a place where one can lay down relax and focus on getting better under the guidance of helpful professionals/staff, where sufficient, nutritious, edible food is served considering that many whom find themselves in need of these kinds of services are need of it because they've been neglecting themselves, and if nothing else how bout maybe provide some recovery books and also maybe some magazines or the like so that folks can read up on some recovery and/or occupy their minds with something rather than spending whatever time they have there with nothing to do but focus on thhurt, confusion, misery. This place has potential but as it is, it's no good. There's some seemingly good staff there, in fact at times it seemed overstaffed, but for what I have no clue because most of the time they have nothing to do. Would however like to point out that the nurses are all kind and very accommodating, at least from my experience, and they do actually do something --so hey, there's that. Seems like maybe this is an admin prob and not the lower staff's fault, but who knows, just offering my observations. Edit: I left an extra star because the nurses and a couple of kind staff members.

I only got to speak to two people at this establishment, if it had not been for the bubbly and polite nature of crystal, whom I spoke to on the phone, they would have received no stats. The supervisor is and uncouth arrogant and rude woman who I don't feel should be in a position to make choices about people who are requesting voluntary help
My sister went in here after drug and alcohol cause her to be on life support. She went in there hoping to receive the help she needs on Thursday 9/22/23 and they released her today 9/24/23. She received ABSOLUTELY NOTHING they promised! They said she could stay 2years if she felt she needed it but after not even 48hrs later they are leasing her. This facility is a joke!!! Don't waste your time! YOU WILL NOT GET THE HELP YOU ARE DESPERATELY NEEDING!!!!
If I could give zero stars, I would! I spoke with them on the phone, and they told us to come right away. We came right away and they told us to come back at 7:00 pm. We got there at 7:00 PM and they told us to go around to the back entrance at which point someone came to the door and told us that we would have to wait because they were in a meeting and it would take about 20 minutes. An hour later we were still waiting. I ended up leaving because I feel like my loved ones needs were greatly dismissed.
