Emerge Recovery & Trade Initiative is a comprehensive recovery center dedicated to helping individuals overcome substance use disorders while building sustainable futures. Located in a supportive, faith-informed environment, Emerge integrates clinical treatment, spiritual guidance, and vocational training to empower individuals on their recovery journey. By addressing personal healing and professional growth, Emerge fosters lasting transformation. Residential Programs Emerge provides residential treatment for men, focusing on substance use disorders and co-occurring challenges. Their holistic approach combines evidence-based therapies, faith-based principles, and tailored recovery pathways. Participants can select faith-based, traditional, or blended recovery options for individualized support. The program emphasizes community living, skill-building, and spiritual growth. Recovery housing is also available, allowing clients to work, attend treatment, and participate in 12-Step meetings while living in a substance-free, supportive environment. Outpatient Programs Outpatient services include standard outpatient therapy, intensive outpatient programs (IOP), and day treatment options. Programs range from weekly sessions to 5-day schedules, offering flexibility to meet individual needs. Services include individual and group therapy, life skills development, and mentorship programs. Clients can also benefit from an aftercare relapse prevention group, peer support, and case management. Great place with genuine people who care

This place is a beacon of hope for the future, not only for Men (and now women!) in Recovery now, but every person who enters the Mission House today, tomorrow and next week...next year and beyond! However, we all must look within ourselves and pray humbly to our Higher Power to support the mission and values set forth by the three brave founders just five years ago. EMERGE'S core values are captured within the acronymous one word: RESTORE. Unfortunately, many actors inside ERTI do not seem to know the meaning of R edeem E xcel S erve T rust . O wn R ise E mpower As the 3 founders plan the next five years, let all of us support them during the strife and battles occurring inside Mission House, struggles that are real, measured and grossly disruptive to the continuing recovery needs of Men who come to ERTI for a chance to learn, forgive themselves and find optimistic hope for a bright rainbow. That possible rainbow has been interrupted by menacing human storms of malevolence, gossip, incompetence and zero accountability on the shoulders of leaders and managers and housing monitors and recovery coaches and monitors at every conceivable level. It's a good time for a collective prayer in our community, in Greene County and all over Ohio. Let's do the right thing and help Emerge "emerge" better and stronger from this big bump in the road!

I know their are alot of changes going on but it is not something that will make me fall back where I was. emerge is really the best treatment center I have ever been in really good experienced counselors who has been in my shoes and actually cares yes I am here to restore my self and make me better for once

I work for a treatment program in the Dayton area. We had a gentleman call in 9 months ago seeking help but we were not able to provide what he needed. I worked with an Emerge employee, Mandy, to get him help. Amazing to work with! Just heard he is doing great things, received his 9 month chip and now helping others in need. I can’t say enough great things about this place, Mandy, and what they are doing for people struggling with substance use.

Emerge Recovery & Trade facility - is AMAZING!! Having a family member who recently graduated from the recovery program, I can't say "thank you" enough to everyone there. Nate, Jason, Jennifer are just a few of the wonderful people there who were a huge help and influence with the struggle of addiction.
