I've been going here for almost a year and I guess i'll have to take up the discrimination of being in my third trimester I never got a video confirmation for my tele health appoiontment and because I enjoy sitting in my pajamas at 36 I know I scheduled an appointment for today at 11:30 telehealth but got no email confirmation when I called in the woman said I was I somehow didn't know I had one scheduled for in person on April 7 out of the blue that I never scheduled. So Ill be taking that up with the better business and the Attorney general for price gouging. I had to get a new phone and again never had a current doctors appointment to update the number the old number is disconnected so there is no way you could have notified me a grown woman. It is also really hard to understand your recording when you call in. I haven't been seen in over 2 months again a patient going on 1 year it's a technical crime of discrimination. I think it's a level of professionalism that just isn't there they are deff Democrats and we can't take our political agenda away from our profession so that would be another crime of discrimination. I just completed my out patient program for another company I'd hate to sue you for malpractice or the DOJ. Thanks. Just need to know my tele-health appointment time like every single month. I'm more than happy to have my attorney contact you she works directly with adoption agency who works directly with DCFS. Hope it's corrected again if someone's phone line is disconnected I'm not sure how you could "call in to properly inform them legally." She was able to diagnose me and give me medication. I feel so much better. Wait time is not long at all.

I have been going here for about 3 years maybe longer. I see Ms Karen ❤️ she's amazing. anytime I need her she's there. Both nurses are always so helpful.Miss Margaret and Miss Rachel are amazing!

I am in need for help for my Husband who is have difficulty time with anxiety ,depression ,and paranoia I have called this place multiple times for an appointment and for their help.I can not get an appointment or help I ask my self this many time what in the Hell has happened to the medical field? I work in the medical field we do not operate like this, we are Internal Medicine. When will we ever be able to get a good Mental Health facility in Jackson County. I believe probably never. Called this office Multiple times worse experience no help what so ever. I have been wondering why our Office has been getting a number of people with these problems I just figured it. Why have an office to help people with Mental health if you turn them away?

Mrs. Karen is by the greatest lady I have delt with.she genuinely cares about my son. We had many obstacles over the last 5 years with his ADHD and she was always following up checking in finding the best solution for him and our family. She has even helped us with the school to get recommendations to tge programs the school was dragging thier feet on. Mrs Jennifer was our child and family coordinator/ therapist and she was more than patient with us. My son loves her and tho he doesn't see her anymore she has made an everlasting impact in all our lives and family as a whole.

Dr. Karen Lipford is absolutely wonderful and really listens to her patients. My daughter and I love her and have been with her for a few years now. All the staff I've ever met there has been polite and respectful.

Probably one of the worst places I've had to deal with. Dr. appt. At 8 almost all Dr's show up 15- 30 minutes late. It's sad when most of the doctors are retiring or quitting because of the company
