This center is an outpatient practice for teens (13+) and adults. Clients schedule 50-minute sessions weekly or as needed, either in person, online, or outdoors. Services include individual, couples, family, and group therapy. Some sessions take place on a nearby trail through their walk-and-talk therapy, where clients walk with a therapist while talking. Therapy with EMDR, Ketamine, and Outdoor Sessions Sessions focus on specific issues like anxiety, depression, trauma, or relationship conflict. Therapists use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to address thought patterns, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) to process traumatic memories, hypnosis and ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP) when appropriate. Couples work on communication and conflict. Group sessions involve sharing experiences and getting direct feedback from others. Court-Ordered Evaluations and Practical Skill Use The practice also conducts court-ordered drug and alcohol evaluations, including interviews, standardized assessments, and written reports for legal cases. Clients apply what they work on in sessions to daily routines, such as handling stress, improving communication, or managing triggers between appointments.
