Always great experiences here. I’ve been going here for almost ten years and everyone I’ve encountered for the most part has been really helpful and kind. I used to come from the Galleria and now from southwest Katy. I pass a couple clinics on my way here and it’s always worth the trip to come out here. Mr. Art and Mr. Daniel are good people. Thank you guys.
I love this clinic ! I love everyone there Ms. Laura , Art , Ms. Jennifer , and Mr. Daniel. They really care about us and I'm so happy to be there. I have a clinic close to me in Conroe Texas but I would rather go far that's 40 to 45 minutes away just to go to there clinic cause they are such wonderful people. They feel like my family ! I'm so happy to walk through those doors and see them. Thank you for everything y'all do and all the hard work y'all put in. I will always be forever grateful !
The only good that came from that place was art the employee who dosed me. Other than that, they are money hungry and try to keep you on that treatment for life. I got clean resorting back to fentanyl then tapering down with fentanyl patches. Methadone stores in your bones and destroys your teeth and weakens your bones as well. Methadone substituted one drug for another LONG TERM one. Withdrawals are worse and last longer and this place tries to keep you on for as long as possible
They made me pay cash out of pocket even though they accept my insurance and said it was because the insurance company paid their claims slowly, and that I’d be reimbursed once they did. Well , it’s now September and they were paid in full by my insurance in May for services received in March, and I’m still trying to get this “reimbursement”. They won’t take my calls, answer my emails or send the check they had said they would. I would avoid paying them in cash so they can’t do the same to another person
Very disappointed. They were aware that I believed in harm reduction and keeping on lowest dose possible. They even joked about how I came and went. It was clear from the counselors that this was not an issue until it was. I was denied readmittance despite having a low dose, not being late financially, using other drugs, and not missing doses other than when I decided to try alternative methods. Their initial actions and their constant beliefs gave me a false sense of security and belief that they took understood people have different tracts they need to follow. I was wrong. C.A.R.S. is a wolf in sheep's clothing. A lie disguised as a treatment center.
Doctor Jason is the rudest Doctor I have ever met. I have never been treated the way he did me. Heaven forbid he admit he used the word for awhile. He’s a smart ass that enjoys trying to intimidate people. For the record I did it by the book very good to all the staff. But that so called Dr. Jason is just a bully . He’s rude arrogant wrong for talking like he did. Go in there for help and get treated like I did! Shame on you.
Please be aware, this place will discriminate. Use this if you need, it was hidden behind other papers. For nothing other than having a hard time getting there before work [which is no longer an issue], I was dropped without prior notice [they claimed I was], as my absences were excused absences because I called to communicate as necessary. And now that I have plenty of time to get there, they deny me treatment. One would think they would actually been working with me or trying to get me to come back if they really wanted to help. I strongly suggest SYMETRIA in The Woodlands on Rayford rd
I have been to a few recovery centers and CARS is by far the best. They work with you and actually care about your progress and how you are. Kim is by far the best counselor I could’ve asked for, she is kind, caring and is the best part of CARS in my opinion. Also thw nurses there, Leah and Art work SO hard making sure everyone gets taken care of. I can’t say one bad thing about any of the counselors for that matter because they are all awesome.
