They never answer the phone
I've been going to this place for 2 years they've helped me through so many problems I recommend going here. The only issue is they have problems answering the phone. But they are very polite
I am 17 and I had been going there for years until a year ago and I came back for therapy just recently. This has always been a very bad communicating place. The staff there are rude and judgemental and very inconsiderate. There is less than a handful that are nice. Most of them think they are untitled to control your decisions. They sit there and act like they're listening but in reality they make faces at you like your crazy. They always expect you to call when something happens but really it's their responsibility. This is not a friendly place and 10/10 do not recommend. 👎
Had a great experience there. I had a hard time adjusting but Maddy, Gary, Ashley,genie , Aaron etc. Really helped me through everything. They even have an attorney destiny who can help alot to. 3 meals a day, they will pick you up, they have snack's, & more! Yes you can smoke in various breaks throughout the day. I wish I could've stayed longer than 3 days.
I would never call this place for help. I did years ago and a lady(I won’t give her name because she asked me not to) actually told me to go to a local smoke shop and get some sort of drug there for help. She then called the police and I was forced to go to a hospital and I’m still paying the bill even though because of my health issues, I am unemployed. Don’t call this place for help. You won’t get any. I called a crisis help line, and instead of help, she lied, got off the phone saying she was checking on my insurance, but instead called the police!! That’s helping a mentally unstable person???
If I could leave this place zero stars I would; it’s my first time trying to make an appointment here and I read the reviews and was like okay I’m gonna try to make an appointment. Disappointment is not even the word I would use right now for this center. It isn’t that hard to answer your phones and to schedule someone an appointment. This is ridiculous. I called and was put on hold for about 10-20 mins and all I got was hung up on.
Good work, Thank-you for helping my daughter. She went in afraid and came out thankful and relaxed. A much greater frame of mind in just 3 days.
I've called over & over trying to get in touch with someone to make an appointment & every single time that Ive called no matter what option on the automated service that you chose you sit on hold for 10 to 20+ minutes & then it hangs up on you.... This is ridiculous. I've tried several times last week & several times today to no avail. I guess the front desk at this place the people working there has the easiest job in the world.. your sure af. It having to schedule anyone'
