It is literally impossible to get anyone on the phone here!!!!! I was needing services here but am too scared to start going to a place that is literally IMPOSSIBLE to get someone on the phone.
I hope the therapists here arent still encouraging adoptive parents to change the full names of children who are 10+ years old.
I love the McNabb center, I truly feel like if I need help I can always reach out to them. And I like how I can manage my meds and therapy at the same place.
I've been going here for years, only had 1 issue. I see people saying if you don't have insurance you won't get help, that's NOT true. There's Safety Net if you don't qualify for Tennecare. There is a way to be seen there
Never ever so disappointed in this rehab place brought my son here from another state hoping they could help him get some rehab. First of all it was hard for anyone to answer the phone finally somebody answered. From the on wr kept getting getting passed on to somebody else. Finally got in to do a mental evaluation said he was doing good . But was told call Sevierville so called Sevierville said they don't do rehab have to be court ordered or you have to have Insurance. They again gave us a number to call in knoxville. If you don't have Insurance or you have not been Court ordered you are SOL. We will continue to give my son family Rehab encourage him each and everyday he seems to be doing wonderful with are love. Helen Mcnabb am so disappointed with you!
Dont even want to give a star this place is a joke so quick to get the med pad out and write prescriptions you get rushed off most people that go here are court ordered. So theres you wait times ....its this county...its a tourist county so you are NOT GONNA FIND THE ACTUAL HELP YOU NEED THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE INVESTIGATED......,AS DO SO MANY OTHERS.......
This complaint is mostly for the nurses line. My intake and initial visit was fine, it took a lot of courage for me to reach out for help for my mental health. I've never been a fan of medication. I was originally told it was a 4-6 week wait for therapy, then got seen for a medication appointment in two weeks and told therapy is actually a year wait. Fast forward to a week after starting my medication feeling nervous, I start not feeling well and concerned and tried over the course of two days to get someone and leaving voicemails and even went to be seen at the ER while waiting because no nurse would get back with me. Any time someone transferred me, I'd just get a voicemail until I got upset and kept calling did I finally get someone. The nurse working today (5/01) seemed to have an attitude. The lady mentioned she will forward my issues to the NP I spoke with and after 4hrs I get voicemail again.. then I call the front desk and the nurse I spoke with last answers right away. And has attitude again saying she hasn't gotten to speak to the NP for 4 hours to which I doubt. I hate messing with medication and it alone makes me worried and anxious. Like they can't be prescribing people medication and offering a nurses line, if no one is gonna care for their patients not only to answer the phone, return voicemails or at least have human decadency for people who are actually just trying to get help and answers. Despite that hassle the rest of the staff I encountered has been fine from front desk to the doctors.
They were a hour late for my appointment this is crazy
