Intensive monitoring and care for conditions like depression, trauma, suicidality, and anxiety. Residential mental health facilities offer a safe setting with activities and structure, plus opportunities to practice life skills and bond with peers.
The highest level of care, medically managed with 24-hour nursing and physician care in a residential or medically-based setting, and can include any combination of medication, counseling and therapy.
Licensed primary mental health facilities provide specialized care for diagnosing and treating mental health conditions. By offering early intervention and comprehensive services, they promote overall well-being and prevent long-term complications.
Substance use disorders often occur alongside primary mental health conditions. Programs for co-occurring substance use disorders focus on both conditions, tailoring treatment for comprehensive recovery.
Absolutely the best rehab experience of many! Feels like home and a family they truly care and the program taught me a lot! Counselors are great! Has a professional music studio! Everything is upscale! Thank You so much Vanity

My son suffered a dislocated elbow and a sprained wrist while at this school. Despite contacting the sheriff’s department, CPS, and OFCFS, nothing was done. Even the doctor from urgent care reported it, yet no action was taken. This school should not be allowed to operate. My son has been out of this school for three years, and only now is he able to open up about the abuse he endured. He shared that staff would hit him on the head, force him to the ground, and mock him when he was scared. He is now in a mainstream school and continues trauma therapy. If you care about your child’s safety, get them out of this school immediately.
We have currently petitioned OCFS and the Education Dept of NYS for information regarding past alleged abuse and legal concerns as my son was there years ago and had an incident with a broken arm. Now our current school district is trying to send my daughter there
Speaking from experience. Was a student here years ago. Staff are not properly motivated or educated enough to help children. Avoid any hillside program. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.
It's cool not badly
I have personally endured this place they claim to help kids and hillside as a whole is not a place for kids they will absolutely abuse your kids I was slammed on my head many many times over over the 8 years I was placed through out hillside here, rochester main st and Romulus then they wounder why kids have anger problems when they are trapped in this hell hole ask any question you want ik this system inside and out and no 300 pound man should be laying on a 75 80 pound child i was not a good child and gave them many problems formed a mini gang and jumped staff but that should not have had to happen
