They were recommended to me yesterday after another ER told me the wait there would be 10 people ahead of me, so I went to Kyle to check here. The experience was exactly what I wish every clinic could be like. Destinee made the check-in simple and painless (and didn't make me wait an hour to verify insurance), no wait to be seen, the nurse Kelley came to get me before I was even done with paperwork. Dr. Heichen was in the minute the nurse left the evaluation and they got right to work. They were sensitive to the fact my wound was extremely painful and numbed it, applied antibiotics and got me a prescription fast. I was in/out in maybe 30 mins. Everyone was friendly. Nobody wants to have to go to an ER, but this will be my go-to from now on.

Well this was an experience I needed . First off me and my wife had been discriminated at 2 other hospitals because we looked like zombies who hadn’t been to sleep . That’s beca I have a mother who was recently diagnosed with cancer. So we had been up up with her all night. In the midst of all this my wife was still In pain . Our last resort was Kyle ER & Hospital. When we got there the registration nurse (Seriaya) informed us of the payment we didn’t have all of it so we thought we were turnt down. But then my sister came with the other half and Seriaya was able to check us in . The nurse Cameron was amazing. He tended to both of us from the moment we walked back there to the moment we walked out the door . He even walked us out and didn’t just point to the exit like we were nobody. David the RAD TECH was very polite. He was good with finding her veins and left no bruises ( like other hospitals did ). Doctor Heichen was absolutely amazing. He diagnosed my wife just off of the intel we gave him. HE ACTUALLY LISTENED TO OUR CONCERNS!!! He did his own assessment and was right on point. He knew exactly what to do.. THE ENTIRE STAFF THATG NIGHT WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. THEY GAVE ME AND MY WIFE HOPE THAT THERE ARE STILL EXCELLENT MEDICAL STAFF IN THIS WORLD!! THANK YOU ALL FOR YOUR OUTSTANDING CARE .
