My first time going here the staff was really nice and super friendly specially Mrs Allison she was a sweetheart I like her n the staff differently better than Ruidoso staff

This place suck. My daughter was sent to get labs from the pediatric side. We had an appt at 820 am its 10 am and they haven't called us in yet. We have been here for 2 hrs fasting. Please take your children and your care somewhere else.

I switched to this clinic in my second trimester after a move. I always felt like an inconvenience to the reception staff. This clinic sent me for unnecessary ultrasounds and a fetal echocardiogram as they had labeled me “late to care” inappropriately as well as listing my weight incorrectly. Waits were often very long in office, as if they were constantly overbooked. They once even had me undress for a procedure and then left me waiting like that for 20 minutes. I felt very disregarded by several of their providers and was left black and blue after every blood draw. Anna White delivered my baby and she was wonderful! Her kindness and professionalism were the only highlight of this care experience.

this facility gas lighted my wife into thinking she was crazy and sent her to a psych hospital just so they wouldnt have to deal with her. they even strong armed my wife OB into agreeing with them after her OB recommended a different option

Overall the experience with Dr. Som was really good. She attentive , helpful and respectful. All was well until I had to get blood work. The phlebotomist was the worst experience I have ever had. She didn’t know what she was doing and was literally digging around in my arm with the needle. Jamming it in super fast and going all different directions. It was ridiculous. I asked for someone else and was told there was no one else. I ended up cancelling my bloodwork because it was so bad. They really need to hire somebody better than what they have currently. I watched a little girl come out of office crying after she got blood work and now I fully understand why. Terrible experience.

There should be more seating seats for people cant believe this lady told me off by saying that the seat she was next to it belongs to his husband?? I’m 33 weeks and she didn’t care about my big belly ?? Lady your the one you shouldn’t be there 👎 I would have told her off ,but I respect elderly ladies . But karma will get her . Shame on this clinic and shame on her too . She wanted respect by her age , well respect the pregnancy woman too ..they should have more seating chair , I didn’t know where to seat! 😞 I wasn’t going to go to my car and come back !

Dr.Peace was great and I appreciate her but , I would NOT recommend this clinic to anyone .after having surgery and being in the hospital several days I was prescribed pain medication that in my own doctors words “ won’t probably be enough “ She told me to call if ran out and they would take care of it. The on call provider by the name of Morgan called me back , sounded half asleep,and told me “ well if you’re in that much pain go back to the hospital, I’m not prescribing you more “. This is why even at that hospital I was self conscious about asking for medicine . I should not be made to feel like I’m doing something wrong by asking for help. I am in pain ma’am,not a drug addict.

Staff and doctors are amazing. When I needed an appt quickly - even as a new patient - they were able to squeeze me in.
