The people that work here. That’s the difference. This place will absolutely, do whatever they can to help you. I honestly, can’t stress it enough. This is run by Diana and she’s not just a big shot that stays in her office. The first week she was here, she invited me in, just to ask me how I was doing and if I needed anything to make it easier for me. Her door is always open and I always feel welcome. Felipe has been great to me from the moment I met him. He always makes the ins. problems or billing, much, much easier. Heidi and the nursing team, Sage, the two receptionists, and of course, my main man, Darrin. These people are now all friends, to me and I care for them all. I do all my work and whatever is asked of me. If I have an appointment, I show up. I follow the program and I’ve had very few issues. It’s been one of the best moves I’ve made in my life. Give this place a chance if you want to change things. I would refer anyone that wants a fresh start, here it is. This is it. Anyone can build a building but the people are always the key. In any business. Anyway, thank you to all the friends I met at CTC and I and grateful to you. 😘

I’m gonna try to do this in two ways First to the person trying to come to the clinic Second, the loved ones of the person coming to the clinic The people coming to the clinic I’ve been on Lawrence clinic for 25 years. Yes people say that’s crazy but what I wanna say is you can be on it for 30 days. You can be on it for 120 days it’s up to you to do it, but it is a first step and I applaud you For taking that first step to me. The clinic has been great. The staff has been wonderful. Obviously there has been some arguments. There’s been some not pretty moments in my mind but overall it’s a great place. Now it’s up to each individual to do the hard work that it takes to stay clean and trust me on this. It’s not easy even after 25 years. It’s not easy. It’s a daily choice that we make but I believe in you I believe in the clinic, please at least give it a chance don’t go by all the bad reviews and all the negativity Just do your part and hopefully it’ll work out for you. Groups are great and now you can get 27 bottles that’s a whole month without going to the clinic the sacrifices you gotta call in once a week. That’s nothing in through calling in once a week you get friendships people you can talk to About issues in your life that you can’t talk to other people about. To the families who don’t believe that the clinic works, give your loved one a chance my family was totally against it and now they love the program because you know what it brought daddy back it brought my mother and father‘s son back. I’m able to play with my grandson now, which is incredible Would’ve never happened if it wasn’t for the clinic, so give you a loved one a chance to try it.

Like many my opinion about methadone was based on other people's stories and experiences. I had reached my rock bottom. My barely 1 yr old baby and I were about to be homeless. We ended up in a family shelter where I kept to myself mostly. Another parent came up to me, very privately gave me a paper with a number, when I looked at it, it said methadone clinic. Of course I replied with "I don't need that". After becoming friends they asked me to take a ride so they could dose. I went only to see all the fuss. That was a Tues. They saw me that day for 2 of the initial 4 appts and by Friday I was dosing... I used that night because it wasn't enough to hold me yet... but that next day... Saturday... I didn't use... nor have I used since. That was Nov 17th, 2009. I've been heroin free since and it was the best decision I refused to make. Lol. I'm in a great support group that are like family. I have 27 take homes. I got a great job I've been at 9 yrs now and bought my first home only 5 yrs ago. You've got nothing to lose to try. I have over 20 years clean thanks to this place. I have had the same counselor for just as long. there's lots of great people which makes it easy to becomfortable there. They listen and then they help you to become a better version of yourself. If you are ready to put in the work then they're ready to help you. Make the call.
