They saw my child for 1 appointment and have cancelled the next 2. Days hence I asked why Ashely laughed and said they couldn’t do anything. I asked to speak to met boss since she finds something funny. The boss hung up on me. Go elsewhere. They are only in it for money

El día de hoy me ha atendido telefónicamente la empleada Johanna y,francamente, ha sido una grata y maravillosa experiencia poder haber sido asistida tan diligentemente por ella. Soy nueva clienta y aún no he tenido mi primera cita pero solamente por este contacto telefónico se puede evidenciar que la gerencia se preocupa por dar una buena atención a la clientela y èsto me hace sentir más segura de acceder a éste servicio. Went here for major anxiety. New “patient” intake is 14 pages of nonsense. Showed up 30 minutes early to fill out paperwork as requested. Literally sat waiting for 20 minutes. My appointment was at 9. They called me back at 9:16. I left. The have a sign in their lobby causing if your are late you are charged by time. So not only did my “psych” show up late. they also wasted my time. They are not concerned about people. Just money. This place is not for someone who has real issues.
It's just one of those Las Vegas run of the mill medicaid-mills that aren't real therapy agencies. When we were going here we would get letters from medicaid that showed us what they billed for. They billed for services that were never received and they billed on days that they never showed. All the therapist are unlicensed and told us that they failed the exam. I think legacy only hires the therapists who can't pass their exam so they can pay them much less. I'm assuming licensed therapists will ask for more money.
The staff at Legacy Health and Wellness were very courteous and professional. My husband was scheduled for a high-risk surgery and was out of work for several months beforehand, leading him into severe depression and anxiety about the outcome. Legacy offered video sessions for my husband as he was not permitted to drive. The therapist and staff ensured that my husband was offered the mental health services he needed during a very dark time in his life. Thank you Legacy Health and Wellness for ensuring that my husband was offered the very best service from your agency. I highly recommend Legacy to everyone.

I had to switch to a new Therapist (Due to My old Therapist of Over 4 YEARS not taking My Insurance Plan). I was referred to Legacy Health & Wellness-Let Me tell You, I'm GLAD! I was greeted with a smile & a "Good Morning,Sir" by both Janell & Aisha (the Receptionists) Also by Nanna and Anysha! After a few Moments,Dr Castro greeted Me with a smile & a handshake! Since this was the initial visit,We had to do the questionnaire.Dr Castro was very patient in explaining everything to Me in "Layman's terms! I then set up the next appointment. I am DEFINITELY looking forward to My Next session with Dr Castro!!(Having been a Food & Bev Director, Pit Boss & Slot Host in "Old Vegas" I look for GOOD Customer Service-Legacy Health & Wellness definitely delivers!!!!!!) I also want to give a "Shout-Out" to Laurie & Teena for their "warm Smile & Greeting as well !!!
