I had a great experience with the program. The therapist really took their time and patience with me. I have conversion disorder and when I went into an episode that were there for me. I would definitely recommend the program and the organization. I have been with Lenape for 15 years. I have a nurse practitioner for my medication and I had individual therapy for a long time. I want to reiterate that the therapist were amazing.

Lenape valley foundation has been a true lifesaver my experience with Tom Jamie and Arianna have been absolutely wonderful they're very kind considerate and compassionate. They truly are there to help you meet your needs on coping with your mental health issues. I've never found a place where I feel so comfortable before if you're even thinking about considering let it be I must say you should absolutely reach out to them you will not regret it.Its a safe place to share your thoughts feelings concerns etc.The group therapy allows me to not feel alone and to interact with people going through the same struggles.My one on one therapist is awesome and doesn't forget anything we talk about and has been a true game changer

They drugged me for no reason. Tried to have male guards stand their while I washed. Tried to keep me against my will when my husband came to get me outta there. He was appalled by the conditions. We had a domestic dispute and the cops took me there.

No, I will not be reaching out to your teams, and she will not be contacting your team or your company anymore. You had the audacity to use a HORRIBLE assessment in the comp assessment that left ZERO room for nuances causing the information that was going to be fed to the psychiatrist to be misleading in terms of true depth and potential over lapping diagnosis. Not to mention you took MONTHS to even get her an eval appointment, where I went for treatment got me in and evaluated in a matter of days, get it together. Not to mention that you allow medications to be prescribed to people with zero therapeutic intervention. Do you know I could lie about my mental health get the drugs I want from you go sell em and make a quick buck? Your company single handedly is why people who need genuine care fail to receive QUALITY care. As I said we canceled all of her appointments last night, we can’t manually delete her client portal on our own, I’m listed as an emergency contact, go ahead and find me.

Totally awful. Our son is having behaviors. Today is Wednesday. Andre told us that the doctor is not in until next Tuesday. I understand that doctors need to take vacations. But do you expect parents to go that many days without help? There should be a doctor on call at least to help. Then Andre proceeded to tell me that there is no guarantee that the doctor can help our son. First of all, our son has been seen by Dr. Magland for the past 3 years. He is usually happy with low behaviors. He is having trouble adjusting to the change from Christmas break. Dr. Magland is the one who told me to call if I had any problems as he hasn't been on Abilify very long. Andre doesn't know my son and shouldn't be making comments about my son, nor is he qualified to do so as his job is just to answer the phone.

This review will be like the rest of the 1 star reviews. They lack empathy and have terrible communication. Waited weeks for a psychiatrist evaluation just to get an attitude from Denielle as to why I don’t have my camera on. Didn’t tell me it was a requirement just kept repeating herself and giving attitude. They are burned out they need to switch professions. My upstairs neighbor worked there years ago and told me to stay away. I should have listened.

They wasted my time they've said oh we'll send you a Link yeah it's been weeks on weeks on weeks on weeks on weeks how about you do a better job & start understanding you guy's need a better health system srop wasting drugs on people who are not that mentally I'll do something better with the place all your doing is wasting uncle Sam's tax money that's what your truly doing so please stop calling me I'm unavailable thank you

I’ve had very limited interaction but they seem fairly incompetent, unprofessional and not understanding of their family’s and patient’s needs. All levels of the organization. You can find better.
