Levels of Care
Our admissions team will work with you to explore the right payment options based on your needs, ensuring you get the best possible treatment.
Outpatient treatment offers flexible therapeutic and medical care without the need to stay overnight in a hospital or inpatient facility. Outpatient care typically offers a range of therapies and medical interventions individuals can attend alongside daily life.
Some primary care providers offer mental health diagnosis and treatment. This can prevent patients from developing more serious conditions.
Substance use and mental health can occur simultaneously as co-occurring disorders. Treatment for co-occurring disorders involves therapy and other personalized interventions to address both conditions.
Absolutely the best rehab experience of many! Feels like home and a family they truly care and the program taught me a lot! Counselors are great! Has a professional music studio! Everything is upscale! Thank You so much Vanity

The Mobile response person was really rude I came to her in a moment of vulnerability it seems like she had no empathy and just told me straight im not trying in the end I felt more suicidal then before and if I didn't have my bf I honestly think this would've pushed me to do it im still thinking about it that attitude was very hurtful ive been hurting over it for hours
Great psychiatric care and caring providers/staff. I’m thankful for this place!
Look i really liked this place. But I had to get a form to have my husband fill out to have me be able to speak to them to just make appointments for him, cancel appointments for him, see if he made it to the appointments ect ect. Then I bring it back and they tell me that witness didn't sign in the right spot and expected me to get another freaking form and start all over again. This is FREAKING RIDICULOUS, OUTRAGEOUS. And outright disrespectful that that are going to make me start all over again. This place doesn't know what they are doing and they get you in there just to see doctors. But really don't help with anything else at all. I will definitely, definitely NOT REFER anyone here. Ever.
Have attempted to call several times within a month time frame, have been leaving voicemails - all to set up my followup appointment requested by Dr. Amiri. I’ve been a patient here for 3-4 years now, and had my last appointment at the end of June so unsure why my calls are not being answered or returned as I am NOT a new patient. 6/26, 7/7, and 7/23. Edit: 8/19/25 - Still haven’t received a callback, but I’ve received a bill from my appointment in June, so curious why my calls can’t be returned but bills are being generated.
Everywhere you go even in hospitals or food services you're going to have your good and bad. Life management services the community regardless of ability to pay or type of insurance. They try very hard. Their willingness to help is superb. Again anywhere you go you'll have bad apples but it doesn't ruin the bunch. They've helped me alot. And if you need help. Help is available here.
I just wanna say the therapist have been nice and very accommodating but the staff that is in charge of appointments and stuff I feel could work on empathy, several times I had shown up for an appointment and it had been switched around without my knowledge, which is very upsetting especially for someone like myself that has very bad mental health I struggle with leaving my house so when I show up for my appointment I expect my appointment. Several other times the therapist I was seeing left and I needed to have appointments with a new therapist several times without notice. Recently my therapist was no longer available which was fine because she set me up with a new therapist and everything was planned out but then when I arrived I find that my new therapist that I haven't even met yet is no longer working their either and then I was told they no longer have an available therapists. It hurts that a mental health place can't seem to understand I'm mentally ill and that I need to talk to someone every few weeks to escape my constant masking and trying to hold it all together sometimes we need help and when the help just disappears it feels like I'm not heard or seen . The following weeks without a therapist has been extremely hard and especially because my mental health and physical health hinders my ability to work that I feel apathetic to even want to do anything about it because I'm MENTALLY ILL but it seems they Don't seem to understand that.😕
Coming back tomorrow
This place used to be good but you lost one of your best counselors Melle Chambers. And now as a former client of hers I feel completely lost and I have no options for counseling and they also said that they can't take any new caseloads well I've been there for 4 years in the system. I see my psychiatrist there. I am so fed up with the upper management that drove her away. If it wasn't for her I wouldn't have even had this much progress in life. I probably would have been dead by now if it wasn't for her so thanks a lot whoever drove her to leaving.
