I hope things go well here for my son

Today was the third time I have drove over a hour to an appointment that has been canceled. I received a phone call yesterday reminded me of the appointment just to drive there this morning and it has once again been canceled. Last month I drove over an hour to an appointment that had been canceled due to a therapist quitting. This is getting ridiculous.

Became a patient in Aug 23. It went really good. Quick,easy….then my provider quit and they put me with an absolute bully. Ms Kathy shouldn’t be able to deal with people as a gas station attendant, much less a doctor. When I showed her that she wasn’t going to bully me she decided to stop my meds I’ve been taking for 16 years without warning. Can’t wait until the court date. It’s not ok to bully patients because they refuse to let you talk down to them. Btw, even if the director on a recorded line says she agrees with you, they will still let the provider attempt to bully. These folks picked the wrong one.

I never make bad reviews but I don’t know what else to do because I have tried expressing my concerns and was ignored. Cathy Ivy (at the Tupelo location) is extremely rude every time she calls me for an appointment or I see her in person. She’s just a receptionist. It has been like this numerous times and I’ve let it go every time, but I’ve had enough. Today when she called and was rude and I expressed my concerns to her, she ignored what I said. I gave her the opportunity to apologize, but she didn’t. I understand the mental health field is a hard field to work in, but it is extremely important to treat anyone but ESPECIALLY people with mental health problems nicely. Thankfully, I’m okay, but had this be someone else that is already dealing with too much, this could be their last straw. Let me add that everyone else I’ve ever dealt with at this clinic has been wonderful. I work with customers everyday and have had them be rude to me and I never treat them any less. I just smile and tell them to have a good day. That’s what you have to do when you work with customers. Cathy Ivy is not fit to be working in this type of field. Maybe if she had a job away from patients she could handle that better.

I have tried for over a month to set up an appointment. I keep getting transferred due to new patient. Then you have to leave a Voicemail because noone answers. Don't expect a call back because you won't get one. If I could rate a big fat zero I would.

Lifecore was quick at scheduling my initial appointment after my intake appointment. The wait was maybe 5 mins which is awesome compared to other medical facilities. The staff was very friendly and helpful as far as my treatment plan. Would highly recommend.
