Lifestance Health has thoroughly proven to be grossly unprofessional and non-trustworthy. I met with Cammie Kleinz- Nurse Practitioner, as a second effort to search for a new NP via: Lifestance, after my original Lifestance NP was too far for me to commute to. Unfortunately Ms. Klein referred to my blood pressure as being (BAD) in reference to it being to high to qualify for my refill of an Adderall prescription for my ADHD diagnosis. Ms. Kleinz seemed very callous and didnt even introduced herself at all at my first, and inevitably last, visit with her. She represented herself as being kind of short tempered with me, and as cold as a snake, so I decided to look for, yet another, NP with a different company all together. As I was in the process of doing so, I simply assumed that 2 meds prescribed by another NP, prior to my visit with Ms. Kleinz were going to be automatically refilled, along with Quelbree, that Ms. Kleinz recommended as an alternative to Adderall.
Today, I was told by my pharmacy that not only did Ms. Kleinz decline to refill my basic antidepressnts, she also apparently left Lifestance all together ? So I called Lifestance, and they politely offered to bridge my medications for one month. Then I discovered, after two visits to my pharmacy, that Quelbree is VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE to aquire with Medicaid Insurance which is what I have.
Why Ms. Kleinz would prescribe a practically unattainable medication is beyond me, but her disappointing and humiliating actions appear to be directly in league with her arrogant, and seemingly short tempered personality alltogether.
I must conclude that 95% of my experiences with Lifestance Health have been extremely humiliating, disappointing, and unprofessional to the fullest extent.
