Warning they do not care about their patients they only care about $$$ Dr. MINTO total BOOMER Dr. ROTT it's in her name, she is terrible. Dr. KHAN lacks accountability don't take on people with mental issues if you can't handle it. I'm so frustrated this place makes your life harder..

Providers are great but the front desk and billing department makes this place unbearable. The front desk billing system never matches our statements. Multiple times this has caused us to make double payments. Then when you call 3 business days before an appointment to cancel it, don’t trust their voicemail system. I called and left a voicemail cause no one was answering. Never heard back, the day before the appointment I called to verify they cancelled it and now they charging me $75 because it’s within 48 hours. They don’t care you left a voicemail because they weren’t answering. What makes it more frustrating we have had several virtual appointments where the provider did not show up and had to be rescheduled but I don’t get $75 for them not showing up. We really like the providers but the ADMIN of this place is making us look else where. **update** 10/26/25 Providers are awesome but front desk continues to prove itself as garbage. Over a month and several phones calls and still can’t get a note for the school. Still missing attendance notes. Like our provider but this front desk Admin is god awful!!!

I called Lifestance from the number provided and a woman named Mona answered. Like Mona Lisa. She was very helpful, thoughtfull, and patient, and helped me with treatment options regarding my diagnosis, and pricing with information about services. I havent got treatment yet, amd I hope to go through Lifestance. The help was great. She knows he stuff. Thank you Mona! Hope to talk to you guys soon :) 10 out of 10 help. Made my day.

I adore my therapist and that’s why I continue to utilize LifeStance but the front desk staff is horrible. I needed to cancel my appointment for two days from now because I have a deathly sick child and can’t get childcare and I was told I would be charged $100 for cancelling wishing their 48 hour cancellation window (I was 42 minutes shy of that window and I had spent 20 min on hold waiting to talk to someone). I understand having a cancellation policy in place, cancelling last minute means missing out on clients and money, but it was 20 minutes. The receptionist was unwilling to give any wiggle room and was incredibly unhelpful. If you are going to have such an unreasonably strict policy, the least you can do is answer your phone. For a business that is supposed to support people’s mental health, you sure don’t seem to care about your clients.

Incredibly bad communication and scheduling. The therapists and psychiatrists might be good, but I wouldn't know because I can't get past the cancellations and mischeduling of appointments.
