I have been a patient at Longwood Comprehensive Treatment Center and I cannot say enough good things about this place. From the moment you walk in, you feel welcomed and supported. The staff is absolutely amazing — they are compassionate, professional, and genuinely care about each patient's well-being and recovery journey. What sets Longwood CTC apart is the level of personalized attention and respect every patient receives. The team goes above and beyond to make sure you feel heard and valued, which makes a huge difference when you're working through a challenging time in your life. I am truly grateful for everything this clinic and its incredible staff have done for me. I have been to a few Clinics and treatment services before and I wish to God Almighty that I had either found this place first OR that every other place was run as good and smoothly as this place is. This isn't the same old place that just wants to take your money and then use your treatment against you to punish you. The people here care and are wonderful. My only regret is not finding this place earlier. If you are serious about wanting helo and getting your life together Longwood Comprehensive is a great place to start, I highly recommend it. They treat you with lots of care and respect here. Im so thankful I found a place that actually puts u, the patient and your recovery, first!!

Guest dosed here for 3 days. Only complaint was being out of work currently, $25 each day of dosing (guests pay$15+ extra $10 for the guest fee) was a lot, but the rest can’t justify dropping a star for that. Facility itself looks like a hospital, not a dingy crack house like many clinics. Makes you feel as if you coming to a medical facility, not a trap house. Nice area, meaning no dealers sitting outside with armed security always staying close by the lobby or entrance. Nina the receptionist never once missed a call and helped me sort through problems with my guest dosing as I had been in a hospital days prior making my dose hard to verify, trouble reaching my home clinic, etc. overall a very kind and helpful woman. Security guard Raffi respectfully spoke to me about cups with no lids being against the rules, and ended up talking to me for ~15 min while we waited for my clinic to send over necessary documents. Amazing guy who seems to know many of his patients by face and/or name. Overall everyone from reception, to the nurses, to security were awesome. Highly recommend and will come back without hesitation if i am in the area again. (Also McDonald’s is right next door allowing me to grab my morning ritual of McDonald’s coffee after dosing)

This place is saving my life. I didn't come in with high expectations because in addiction its almost always wash ,rinse and repeat but working the program I have been helped so so much. Everyone is amazing. From the front desk to the counselors and nurses nobody judges you and they talk to you with compassion and understanding. I recommend this place to anyone struggling with opiate addiction. I came in throwing up, using the bathroom on myself and they have cared since day one. Can't say enough about the staff here!

#TEAMNINA This is my first clinic experience & I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. Staff is friendly and genuinely do their best, was easy to get started here, took maybe a week to get a stable dose. Most days I'm in and out in 5 minutes.

I was a patient with Longwood CTC for a little over 1 year. I found the clinic staff to be kind, courteous and caring. I was always in compliance and never had a single positive drug screen. I was also courteous and kind to everyone there. However, there was an unforseen issue that forced me to leave the clinic voluntarily. I will still look back fondly on my time with Longwood CTC.
