Absolutely the best rehab experience of many! Feels like home and a family they truly care and the program taught me a lot! Counselors are great! Has a professional music studio! Everything is upscale! Thank You so much Vanity

These people are just absolutely awful. Extremely rude and ignorant.

I wanted to get information about the psychologist that are at the Ardmore facility on Cricket Terrace. Forget it! The receptionist who is dressed in the Islamic/Muslim clothing was busy smoking a cigarette and talking on her cellphone in the alley way. What a terrible message she sends about your facility. There won't be any help here.

The medication policy has changed multiple times since I’ve been a patient here and it still is not working properly. We’re supposed to call when we’re 3-5 days out from being out of our meds. Every time I’ve done this, I get an appointment that’s well after that 3-5 day window and have to get a bridge prescription, which is stressful, because I’m almost out of my meds and I have to rely on my psych seeing an email before the week is up to get controlled substances filled. Please, if you’re making a change, stick to it. If not, do it the old way considering you already are. Unreal that a place serving the neediest members of society plays so fast and loose with their medication services. This is many Medicaid patients’ only option. This system has literally never worked since it was instituted; I always wind up needing a bridge until my appointment. Fix it for the sake of less patient people than myself with less options.

I have never ever been treated this bad at lower Merion counseling services since 2010 . They do not do their jobs, filling prescriptions or calling the patients, they pass the buck when you call and give you answering machine .I call until I get someone who knows how to answer phones ..

Doctors that won’t refill medication, leaving you with withdrawals that they didn’t warn you about (they only want to quickly prescribe). Don’t answer the phone. All around trash.

Im not sure what kind of business you’re running but, it’s awful. I called numerous times left voicemails no return phone calls. I’ve left emails and haven’t gotten any emails back. I’m in need of two doctors and I was disappointed by this place. I don’t reccomend this place.

Atrocious! It took weeks to finally get a call back. The Director finally called me & stated they never recieved info from the pharmacy. I had paperwork to prove otherwise. He then told me they had many changes. When the Medical Assistant called me back AFTER the Director did & leaving several messages with the office. She told me the phone log doesn't show i called then hung up on me. As I told her I have a phone log too, it shows that I called 8 times in the last week and a half. It took weeks to get a prior authorization for meds. I had the insurance company get involved & file a grievance. This is unacceptable.

You can’t get in touch with anyone unless you’re lucky. I almost ran out of meds once, and the doc took me off meds to consolidate and now I’m experiencing a return of symptoms and I can’t get in touch. Worst place for med management.
