Mandala Healing Center

This place was amazing. Ms. Z was my therapist and she really helped me out. The groups were really good too. Everything about Mandala was amazing. They really helped me understand my depression. Ms Z gave me a lot of good coping skills to help with my anxiety and my depression. The techs were actually nice to me and would help me with whatever I needed. Mandala really took care of everything for us there. They had a cleaning group come in every day to clean. They would do our beds, change our bed covers if needed. Clean our bathrooms. Mandala made should our only concern was to get help and not have to worry about cleaning or worry about our food. They had everything done for us so we could concentrate on our healing ❤️‍🩹 ( recovery) I meant a lot of great women there too. We had a good community while I was there. The whole experience gave me an opportunity to heal. Thank you Mandala for helping me in my journey.

Horrible experience. The staff do not communicate with one another and would regularly contradict one another. Making contact with my mother's care team has been impossible despite myself being her emergency contact. Her therapist Paige and case worker Melinda were equally impossible to contact, not just by myself but also for the case worker from mirror lake that was trying to get her prescreened in time to be transferred from there so she was not out on the street. My mother was here for one purpose in getting her medications for her mental health squared away and it took them a week into her two week stay to get her the medications quoting they did not know the prescribing doctors information when I provide all of her previous discharge information, as well as medical history INCLUDING the current prescription bottles. I was told that if my mother "abused street substances" that they would be able to do more for her. Can you imagine being told that if your loved one had a life altering addiction that only then would they do anything for them? She was brought in on the pretense that she had not abused any substances and was there to receive assistance managing her medications and her mental health. Not only that, but she was approved for another location and both I and the case worker for this facility have been trying day and night for the last 72 hours to get ahold of anyone to initiate the necessary pre-screening for her to have continued care and absolutely no one has been able to help connect my mother with the new facility trying to reach them. Absolutely do not take your loved ones to this facility for mental health. They are abysmal and showed very little care for my mother. I wish there was something less I could put than just a one star review. I know next to no justice will be done over a Google review, but I implore anyone reading this to steer clear of this location. I can't speak for their programs over substance abuse, but their mental health aide is atrocious. Be very cautious of this place.

Spent 22 days here to Detox and stop drinking and was able to learn, not drink and feel better. The taff is friendly and welcoming also food is catered but is good. Mixed variety of things you get. Snacks and ice cream available usually. I would recomend when trying to stop drinking and learn more about the 12 step program and going to meetings.

So far I love it

I was here from October to November 2025 and It's a great place to get clean. Therapists actually care about you and the nurses are kind and professional. Most of the PCA staff is awesome! Food is good, there are snacks and ice cream available 24/7. There's also yoga groups, massage and a chiropractor on site. There's a mobile gym that comes 5 days a week with everything you need for a great workout including a bench and a squat rack and plenty of dumbbells. Males and females are separated but I preferred that because there were less distractions and I could really focus on my self and my sobriety. there's 4 ppl to a large room with a bathroom and shower. Everyone gets their own TV with the popular streaming apps included. Theres also a huge TV in the common area. Vape machine located in the auditorium and they go out to pick up cigarettes and vapes twice a week. There's also the Serenity store which you can use your tickets to buy clothes, sneakers, soups, candy and more. The staff is overall great and the nurses are kind and caring. Mandala got me clean and is helping me stay clean. I highly recommend it to anyone who is serious about getting sober!

This place has gone to the dogs. Stay away.

I tried to call to get information about getting a friend of mine in at this facility. As soon as I tried to verify that she could get there or had a bed there they immediately hung up on me all they ever said was hello. They didn't ask any other questions. That is highly unprofessional and not something that you would expect from somewhere that is accepting money from anybody in any way whether it be insurance or not, that claims to be wanting to help somebody recover from addiction. I'm sure this place is a scam

When I arrived at Mandala Healing Center July 9th 2025, I was broken, lost, and unsure if I could ever find my way out of addiction. From day one, I was welcomed with compassion, dignity, and a level of care I never expected. This place isn’t just a rehab it’s a healing sanctuary. What sets Mandala apart is how deeply they treat the whole person. Beyond the clinical and therapeutic support (Shout out to my therapist Fransisco) who is outstanding. They offer holistic services like massage therapy and chiropractic care that helped me reconnect with my body and begin truly healing from the inside out. Every detail of the program is designed to support real transformation. I also want to give a special thank you to Trent and Serge two people who made a massive impact on my life. Their guidance, honesty, and unwavering support helped me see the strength in myself that I had forgotten. I’ll never forget what they did for me. If you or someone you love is struggling, I can say without hesitation: Mandala Healing Center is a place where real recovery happens. They gave me my life back and I’ll be forever grateful.
