Absolutely the best rehab experience of many! Feels like home and a family they truly care and the program taught me a lot! Counselors are great! Has a professional music studio! Everything is upscale! Thank You so much Vanity

Legit the worst clinic. They put people here when they can't go anywhere else. If you end up here you normally get stuck here. Counselors come and go, security is laughing stock. Don't even try to see the psych it'll take forever to get an appointment. Absolutely terrible place.

After years of fighting addiction I now remember what it feels like to wake up in a warm bed, home and stop sticking needles in me. I have been clean since July 2024 and Merakey and my counselor played a HUGE role in that. Best part...I NEVER have to wake up feeling like that again.

"The game of drugs and money" corrupt, unethical, unorganized, unhelpful. This is a place for low life's who have no interest in getting better or changing anything about their lives.

Mrs. Helen James was the best counselor ever. It's what you make it too....

I have been a client at Merakey since 03-2010. So I have been clean and sober for 12 years. If you work it it will help you and work. So if you are rea8to leave the drugs behind come and give it a chance. It's not going to be easy at first I promise you it will get easier as time goes on. You will have good and bad days but that's a part of the recovery process. Please think about it before it's to late. God bless all of the people who struggle with the DISEASE OF ADDICTION AND I WILL KEEP ON PRAYING FOR ALL OF YOU. LOVE. ANGELA. C♥️

I’ve been getting therapy here for about 2 years and in my experience, the staff has been very inconsiderate of patients time. They aren’t too good at scheduling and being prompt or good at communicating what’s going on.

it seems like this is very typical for methadone clinics, but honestly, after two years of dealing with them I deeply hate these people for consistently treating people I love like total garbage. do better. if you don’t respect the people you’re serving — then you need to get out of healthcare! methadone as a medication is the gold standard for “opioid use disorder” treatment but I don’t know if “go to a place where you’re going to be abused and treated very badly every day of your life” is good medical advice for anyone. the laws aren’t great, but employees very much use their discretion to make things much much worse than they have to be, and I truly don’t understand why. in no other area of healthcare is your medication determined by how much random employees personally like you, or based on random hoops you need to jump through every day, or your ability to skip work to wait around for hours at random with no prior notification. it’s straight up malpractice, all the time. there are a handful of good people there but they don’t have much power at all in the kafkaesque web of abuse and absurdity. go ahead and try it, almost all methadone clinics are bad and some people can make it work anyway, it can be lifesaving despite it all. I want employees to see this review moreso than potential clients (who probably already know the state of these places anyway.) but it’s such a shame how bad they are and I want to say to everyone who works here: you treated people I love like garbage and it is absolutely not okay. do better.

Typical methadone malarkey. I'd like to add that after a crippling stroke that left me ,50% paralyzed I'm forced to come in everyday. Even though take-home guidelines remain relaxed by the feds for COVID. Merakey loves to tell you about their rules yet they don't follow rules themselves. Horrible hypocrisy. Maybe worst clinic I've been on, and I've been on many.
