The place is nice and clean and that's about all you can say good about my experience there was awful they treated me awful they turn their back on me they did not help me with my problems they kicked me out because I complain about my neck hurting so bad I cannot pay attention in class and absorb the stuff that they was trying to teach they treat everybody like a number there it's cold shoulder for the beginning their smiles on their faces are fake and they lost my stuff and did not replace it brand new stuff for my birthday and when they sent me to the hospital they told him that I was manic and I got TD and then at the hospital they said there was nothing wrong with me I was just Manning because I was hurting so bad and they wouldn't take care of me I wouldn't recommend this place for nobody exhaust smoke and mirrors and they don't give a damn about nobody

I highly do not recommend this program. I do not agree with giving addicts a drug that is addictive to get them off of another drug. I also believe that they are not invested in family recovery support. I tried to call multiple times while my son was in the program to set up visitation with him due to the fact that I am an amputee in a whole other state from him. I never received a phone call back Or any communication to assist in my support of my child. I am currently enrolled in college. My degree is a BS in business with a minor in psychology. My ultimate goal is to become a recovery specialist. And I promised myself in every addict that I am involved in that I will do much better than this program has ever done. My son has been an Addict for a while now and it is because of programs like this that he has failed multiple times. I myself am also a recovering addict. I have been sober for nine years and eight months. The things my son told me that was going on in that program that was not being addressed Or corrected is shameful to the recovery Programs. And that includes behaviors from the patients and staff that are in higher positions that should be holding the most respect. He is involved in another program in Roanoke, Virginia, and I will give them the utmost respect. Their staff communicates with me and involves me in every aspect of my son’s recover. If you are looking for a variant involved program, please contact the mission in Roanoke, Virginia. I give them all my praise And hope that when I graduate college I can find a program in my area that cares as much as their staff Does about their participants.

I have been trying to contact the facility all day so that I can set up my family visit for this Friday. If someone can get in contact with me as soon as possible, I'd greatly appreciate it.

Mount Regis was the best. Staff was great. It was a journey of course. However I made it through now on to the next step of my recovery.

Mt. Regis is professionally run by caring individuals who wanted to help me be successful! One thing that meant much to me: I felt like I could heal in a safe and secure environment! Troublemakers were removed promptly with no disruption to us patients! A Phenomenal staff who earned my deepest respect! Thank You! 😃

In my opinion, this was the worst facility that I could ever imagine. After almost dying there, I was afraid to seek help for my addiction to Xanax. I have finally found the best treatment in the country. Tranquility Woods and Maryland is fabulous.
