New Hope Treatment Center

This is a very good facility. I have been coming here for almost 3 years and can say I have had the best experience and honestly maintained sobriety longer then I have ever been able too with there support and treatment. The staff is extremely caring and respectful, the councling has been super helpful and they definitely help you feel like you have support and your not just another junkie from the street. You get treated with respect and genuine care. I would recommend to anybody taking this route to there sobriety journey!

I been coming to this clinic over 4yrs the only reason I come here is because of being closer to my home the counselors are rude I was getting my take home bottles for 2wks they took it because of me being on my job in Columbia and couldn’t make it to my bottle recall the director she doesn’t help the situation at all I WOULD STAY FAR AWAY from this place it’s not good place to come too I been doing everything I am supposed to do MY 30DAYS IS UP and I ask the counselor why taking so long waiting on the doctor signature I don’t care what they have to do but they quick enough take your take homes but getting it back it’s a WAIT OVER 30DAYS! NEED NEW DIRECTOR AND COUNSELORS I DON’T KNOW WHERE THEY FIND THESE PPL ANYBODY CAN DO THIS JOB ITS ALL ABOUT 💵💵💵 THEY DON’T CARE! THE DIRECTOR NEEDS TO DO BETTER WHY R U THERE NOT HELPFUL JUST FOR MONEY!!!

I started going to PCTC around 12/2020 I believe.. I have found the staff to be very kind , caring , and helpful . I had Jackie as a counselor when I started and she was promoted and went to Anderson location and I ended up with a new counselor Chelsea and have been lucky enough to have her ever since ! They have helped me with transportation when I've had issues getting there as I am disabled and don't drive , I have had some very hard things happen in my life and I grew to trust Chelsea and have been able to talk to her and she has helped me lot just by listening and truly ended up failing a DT and knew I hadn't done anything and have had a flawless record and had just taken an observed 2 days before(clean as can be other than methadone )an being given the DT that I took on my own that came up as failed and I was so shocked and cried because I knew I hadn't done anything and it was just very helpful that she helped me through that and she helped me figure out what happened.. I figured she wouldn't believe me because I am sure so many have said the same , but she didn't and she cared enough to help me figure it out. All of staff there are just such genuine caring people and seem to be doing it because they truly care to help ppl recover and not just doing it for a paycheck . They have connected with so many that I see and the kids that have to come with their parents they connect and get to know the ppl and don't make you feel less than for having to go through the process of recovery. I recommend them to anyone who is serious about bettering and extending their life by leaving addiction behind .

Worse place ever!

Stopd goin quickly due 2 issues w/staff! 2nd attempt had meeting w/6 staff, told them I took 12mg strips, Dr & all said "NOsmh they DNT make those", had them GOOGLE IT🤣they said WHOAH oh?! ok! So between being called a liar & THEM NOT KNOWING what they r givin ppl clearly .. Yea .. Never went back thru their doors! ESP considering otp lady told me they have it listed as inpatient treatment for state insurance & Thts how it was possible for Medicaid to cover it. Thts why we didn't get physical scripts and HAD to go THERE on THEIR terms & conditions w/THEIR pharmacy. Always hated how THEY crushed them up bak there then gave them to u. U DNT know if u got all of URS!? But after a PHARMACIST telling me I was taking my meds wrong & THATS Y I needed such dosage, negative! This was years ago but it was so horrible... I'd never go back there again. IDC what they claimed has changed!

Be great so far

I have been a patient here for awhile. The people who works here, are great. My counselor is a great guy. Very helpful. The pharmacist is always very nice and efficient. There is only one thing that has really really bothered me. I was due a reimbursement from the clinic. I understand that things take time, and that there are factors that create delays. But, it should not take 3 months to receive a reimbursement check. Especially when the office that cuts the check in only in Greenville. To make the whole situation even more ridiculous, they charge you $25 just to print out the check, and then their bank, charges you another $8 to cash it. For some people, coming up with dosing money is an everyday worry and struggle, and that would have paid for 3 days of dosing. When you walk in the clinic, they want their money right then. But if they owe it to you, lol, better not need it anytime soon. It kinda makes it seem like the program is all about the money. Quick to take it , but move at the speed of Sloth to hand it over when they owe you. If you don't bring back your bottle, or if you have a discrepancy on a drug test, they are gonna charge you, and they want that money by Saturday morning. It's ridiculous. But what are you gonna do?
