New Season Treatment Center - Desoto County

These people couldn't care less about you. I've been in this program for 6 years and I have thoroughly enjoyed all of the facilities that I have visited but I transfer around a bit because I work construction. It wasn't until I tried to transfer here that everything went bad. They just didn't want to be bothered with an intake. I tried to explain to them how long I have been on this medication and that my job and livelihood depends on me not being sick because I'm a superintendent. Don't care. They just told me to go home and they would call me. Thank God I went somewhere else that day and they were able to take me in right away. This place didn't even bother calling me back. Hands down the worst experience I've ever had. I have been in clinics in Mississippi, Washington DC, Boston, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Oregon, Tucson, South Carolina, North Carolina, and now Tennessee. Out of all of those places this is the only place I have ever been made to feel like they just did not care. Thank God there was a behavioral health group that was more than happy to cover their slack on extremely short notice. They literally saved my livelihood. These people here don't care about your livelihood. Do yourself a favor and look for a clinic somewhere else. One of the most important parts of recovery is compassion, and you're just not going to get that here.

I called 4 help with alcohol and I got a wonderful lady name Lana in support center. She gave some number, to try to help, but 2 of the. Numbers where not working. The last number I tried was working. But the person on other end was rude. But anyways, the support center is a great place to get advice. Thank ms. Lana in support center.

They are very friendly and they respect you as a human being and not just some old used up junkie they actually really care about your well being all of the staff and I love the nurses ms.t you know you my girl from day I love new season they really changed my life...

They are friendly. I was helped out immediately. And they accept Medicaid. They greet me every day by name so it shows that they take the time to get to know their patients

Only went there 7 months but I really liked it and the staff.

The staff and doctor are friendly and professional. They know most patients by name and that's impressive. I don't feel judged because I have an addiction due to being on an opiate for almost 10 years. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs treatment.

It’s a good place. It’s helped a lot of people. Most of the time the people who complain are always complaining no matter what.
