Serving adults 18 and older, Palmetto Carolina Treatment Center, LLC treats opioid use disorders, including dependence on heroin, fentanyl, oxycodone, percocet, norco, vicodin, hydrocodone, and oxycontin. Intake is offered Monday through Friday with preferred appointments, and the clinic is open 5 a.m. to 11 a.m., with limited availability on Saturdays. Medication-Assisted Treatment and Counseling Physicians, nurses, and counselors provide FDA-approved medications such as methadone and buprenorphine to reduce withdrawal and cravings and stabilize daily routines. Counseling addresses emotional and behavioral patterns that contribute to opioid use. Individual and group sessions teach coping strategies, relapse prevention techniques, and practical skills for work or school. Individualized Assessments and Supportive Services At Palmetto Carolina Treatment Center, care begins with thorough assessments, including physical exams, pregnancy testing, blood work, and urinalysis. Patients also receive case management, HIV and AIDS counseling, crisis intervention, guidance for employment or education, and discharge planning with aftercare support.
