Good staffing

I absolutely loved it.. was very strict on going to groups all day but we need that.. the food was always good and they had other choices as well. The techs were very supportive and respectful

Very dirty facility. Don't care of the clients. Food is awful. Blinds windows everywhere is dirty mold

Worst rehab in the city of Pittsburgh. Horrible food, uncomfortable beds and all around dirty place. Only go here if it’s your last resort. CERTAIN STAFF are cool and the others are just miserable and haters.

**if you notice from reading the reviews, they just keep spitting out the same response to everyone. They don’t even listen to us** I have been to multiple rehabs, and I made the horrible mistake of going to this place before doing my research. I was desperate to stop drinking and called in just for detox. The man on the phone was very kind so I felt ok with my decision to go there, but I want to warn everyone who considers going here what you are in for. I have never felt unsafe or threatened in a rehab before I came here. I feared for my safety every time I was around the other girls who were in rehab. When we were in the cafeteria I had to keep my head down and not say a word, because god forbid it if I looked at someone “the wrong way” I would get harassed. I had to be very careful not to even bump into anyone or it would start a fight. I was bullied there extensively. The detox rooms strongly resemble a prison cell. There were constantly physical fights. This place was detrimental to my recovery. I couldn’t focus on getting better when I was constantly having to watch my back or what came out of my mouth. I beg you not to go here. PLEASE find somewhere else. **edit to add: there is no counseling whatsoever in detox, yes you can not make phone calls (which I admit is pretty standard in most detoxes to have a “blackout period”) the one phone call I begged to make I was in tears because my mom was asking how it’s going and I couldn’t be honest with her because the “counselor” Carmen was sitting right there (SHE EVEN HAD THE NERVE TO START TAPPING HER FINGERS LIKE I WAS TAKING TOO LONG ON THE PHONE AFTER 1.5 MINUTES). Also, on the board with the list of rooms two of the room numbers literally said “LICE” on them. So so horrendous
