Called about four times because I was trying to give them some business. The first time I called I spoke with a little clueless teenager. He was left in charge of answering the phones but was never properly instructed to provide future customers with basic information! The second time I called, I spoke with a man. He had a bit of an attitude and in a monotoned voice told me he couldn’t provide me with any information either. He suggested for me to call on my lunch break instead. The third time, a woman answered the phone and she transferred me to “the right department”. But of course it went straight to voicemail. Again, left my information, but never received a link, an email nor a call. Today, I took the day off to get this done once and for all. This time around, another woman transferred me right away, but it sent me straight to voicemail again. All I’ve got to say is, I’m glad I didn’t get involved with your establishment, because your service is awful. No wonder it’s rated with 2 sad stars! I am definitely taking my money somewhere else!

Never attempt to schedule anything with this company if you can afford to visit someone else for the same issue. I have been calling their offices for three months and work full-time. I have left a total of about 10 voicemails to see if someone would get back to me about scheduling to no avail, so I figured that maybe their phone systems were down. They are not. After driving there in person to discuss scheduling something, the front desk receptionist told me to call them at 12:40. It was 10 AM. I offered to leave my name and number and it was rejected. Attempting to get in touch with anyone capable of assisting is like trying to catch Bigfoot.

Recovery HC has been great to me. Ive had an alcohol ankle monitor for over 3 years. And it has helped me not to drink alcohol. Works for me. Ive only had an issue once where it detected alcohol. PO was ok with it because ive never had a problem till recent. Thank God I hvnt been drinking alcohol. So who knows what could hve caused it to detect alcohol. Hope that never happens again Its pretty expensive, $182 every 2 weeks. But to me, its better than being incarcerated. I started downloading at home. So far so good 7 months left on probation & ill be free 🙏

I went to Jail off a botched drug patch claiming I was positive for using cocaine and Im a recovering alcoholic i dont touch narcotics but thank God ithe jail gave me a chance to do a blood test which is good 60 days and i came back negative I was suppose to serve 120 days but got released immediately whoever is reading these patches are not doing a good job for having people wrongfully put in jail for allegedly using controlled substances. Beware this company is a scam to the state and government to collect high revenue on contracts within counties and to benefit off of people who are trying to be released from this loop

Don’t give this establishment your money, go somewhere else. They have you waiting in the waiting room for over an hour, & act like you’re the one that’s crazy for not waiting. They waste your precious time.

I’ve tried to give the customer service the benefit of the doubt here but it seems like every time I call the service just gets worse. Not sure why but the women tend to always be rude and they are not even a bit nice never seem to have good customer service or want to help or take care of anything. When I call I ask who I’m speaking with and they never want to state name probably because they are rude. I know I’ve spoke to Stephanie a few times and the attitude she had was someone I didn’t want to deal with anymore. I know there is not many locations out there but I’ve dealt with the location out of McLennan county and they are very helpful and sweet. I do not recommend this location. I’m in here now and the front desk girl just looked at me when I walked in didn’t say hi how can I help you and was unfriendly. I think it’s time they find people to work here that are helpful and good customer service. And what is the worst is I called and traveled 5 hours for them to tell me they couldn’t help me

Rude ghetto and unprofessional!!! Especially Khadijah and jaqueline file a complaint with BBB asap!!

Refuse to replace a drug patch that came up within a hour of getting it put on told me I had to pay again. This place is horrible should be shut down.... will be contacting my lawyer as well...
