Sheridan Grove Recovery

I do not advise going to this facility. I lasted a whole four hours. While there my roommate told me the theft here is really bad and that someone had stolen her grandmothers ring. Other ladies were fighting over their items and vapes being stolen as well. The fights then moved out into the commons area where everyone then got involved. Lots of screaming and fighting. Was not a good place if you’re struggling mentally. Facility also wasn’t clean and the food was awful. After removing myself from the facility they didn’t return my hygiene bag. I don’t care about the bag itself but my retainer was in there. I have tried reaching out to them for over two weeks via phone and email. No one answers and clearly no one cares. I can’t stress enough DO NOT COME HERE!!! So many better options where your belongings won’t be stolen.

I found Sheridan Grove to be extremely helpful. There are of course negative reviews, but it’s all about what one puts into it they will receive back. I’m still sober after doing the 30 day program. Case management, therapists, PES’s, etc… far exceeded any other programs I have been to and this was my 7th rehab. Those that didn’t like this program, obviously didn’t like the way it was run probably because it wasn’t ran to their expectations, or were there to appease the counts, their families, or Child Protective Services. I would definitely go here again IF I relapsed! Special shoutouts to, Cara, Yoshu, Marion, Amanda, Jennifer, Ellie, Jason, Trina, Miss Kim, Manny, Brooke, Lorena, Drea, Kiara, Clyde, RJ, Beau, Trevor, Laurie etc….

If you can avoid this place, do so!

I recently went there and at first its okay however I soon realized its alot like a correctional facility they took my hygiene and refused to give it back to me also noticed all my underwear was missing like who does that and when I was leaving the young lady at the main office was incredibly rude and borderline disrespectful to put it mildly they didn't want to give me my house keys or phone and credit cards they gave me my charge cord but no box and worst of all they took my prescription glasses I just got also they are refusing to give me any proof I was there its absolutely ridiculous im currently in talks for legal actions stay away from here for your own sake

Incredibly difficult to get ahold of any medical for continuity of care past someone's stay at the facility. Calls get transferred multiple times and then put on hold for 10-20 minutes. When getting the chance to leave a voicemail, it doesn't matter because there's no call back

If you’re seeking treatment for mental health and recovery. I wouldn’t come here. There is a lot of bullying and favoritism. They say a lot of false hope and lies just to get you in. All you are to them is money. Nothing more nothing less. I recommend red rock recovery. You at least get your phone for one hour out of the day and a lot of one on one therapy sessions. This place isn’t clean and the food here is very unhealthy. You can’t get any salads or fresh fruit. The therapist Dories is unprofessional and makes side comments about your life. You won’t get a case manager for at least a week or more. You have to stay on top of them and then you may get a hi. But they get very annoyed easily and then they make your life here a living hell. People steal here and you can’t get it back. My stay here for only 4 days has been hell. It took me 7 hours just to get my phone and 8 hours just to get my prescriptions.. I had to make a scene just to be heard. Also they lost my prescription that the detox center had sent me with. Run the other way!!!

This place is not a good place for recovery I know for a fact because I was there and I promise you you don't get the treatment that you want and they try to hold you against your will even if you turn even if you go and volunteer can you imagine if you went in Breaking with court or anything else anyways worst place to get rehab go to a different place I can recommend one C.A.R.S
